At the surface, you might not realize that Tainted Grail: The Fall Of Avalon is actually filled with secrets you can uncover while exploring the map and its diff🏅erent regions, and that is true. There are secret locations and secret quests you can undertake that you might overlook, and usually the rewards are quite useful.

Among the first few secret quests you will encounter is the Perinde Ac Cadaver, which starts normally but can get a bit confusing. However, this guide is here to help you start and complete the quest so you won’t miss o🔯ut.

How To Start The Perinde Ac Cadaver Quest

The first thing that you need to do is progress forward through the story of the game until you reach the second region known as Cuanacht. After you reach the main city in the center, you need to head north toward the hospital.

Inside, you will be able to find a patient at the very end of the room called Ignatius. Speak to him and agree to accept the mark in order to begin the Perinde Ac Cadaver quest.

Now that you have the mark, he will mark a location for you on the map southeast of the hospital, so make your way there.

Once you arrive, you will find some ruins and your goal is to make it to the upper floor by taking the stairs and the wooden platforms in order to activate the lift down.

How To Unlock The Red Death Skill Tree

Once you make it to the bottom, progress ahead and then turn right to find a corpse sitting on a chair labeled as the One. Interact wi🦋th it in order to progress the quest.

Now what you need to do is give the Mark of the Plague that the One gave you to two characters in Cuanacht, which will be marked on the map: Ignatius and Una.

You caꦿn do so by choosing the option to 'Give Mark of the Plague x1' when speakinᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚg to both of them.

After you successfully deliver the mark, head back to the One’s location, which you can fast travel to now, and interact with him.

During the conversation, he will ask you to give him the third and final mark, so do so in order to progress.

How To Complete The Perinde Ac Cadaver Quest

Shortly after, you will be transported to a strange bloody dungeon. Simply follow the path ahead until you reach the portal that will send you to the Asylum, where you will face a boss fight against the Plague🐟wraith.

Defeat him and then loot his corpse to get some good loot. Afterward, there will be a path to the left that will take you all the way up, so follow it until you come across a character sitting on a chair (which we won't show or say anything about it).

After the long conversation with her, you will be transported back to the real world, completing the quest and granting xp, the full Prophet armor set, and the Red Death secret skill tree.
