Will you let this Knight give yo♈u an honorable death?

Much like reality, you won't just magically e𝕴nter a relationship. You'll have to work for it! One wrong move could lock you out of several quests, so we'll help you make the right choices and build a beautiful romance with Cuanacht's ♉apprentice blacksmith, Beor.

How To Save Beor

Beor asking if you went to the cave to find the fae woman.

When you arrive in Cuanacht, make your way to the main city's craftsmen district. Head down to the blacksmith's, then enter Erfyr's house. Both master and apprentice are holed up inside. It appears that the apprentice, Beor, has been attacked and isn't doing well.

However, Beor won't talk about what happened. Erfyr thinks he went to a cave chasing after some girl. Until you can find out what happened, and save Beor from an untimely end, neither Erfyr or Beor will be going anyw🎃here. It's time to be a hero.

Change of Heart Quest

Erfyr inside his house next to a heartbroken Beor.

Make your way northwest of town to the cave Erfyr mentioned. Defeat the enemies lurking outside, then enter the cave and follow the winding path to the top of the waterfall. Don't worry, there's only one enemy inside – the Fae creature that lured Beor to his doom.

You'll have to fight the Fae and slay it, which is easier said than done. The Fae is a somewhat powerful foe, so make sure you have potions and armor that can keep your health up and negate the magic damage done by the creature.

Sneak up on it if you can, or strike it with an arrow or throwing knife from afar!

Once the Fae is defeated, loot the body to recover Beor's heart. Bring it back to Erfyr so he can place it in Beor's chest. In mere moments, Beor is on the mend and Erfyr will return to the fo𝄹rge.

This quest ties in to 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:the Unforgettable quest, so check out our guide on how to complete it!

The Heart That Defies Quest

Kvorr offering you a place to stay for the night in the open.

Check back on Beor after a few days. He'll be outside working the forge, and he has a favor to ask. He's stuck catching up on the work he missed while he was unwell, but something is wrong with his heart. He needs your help to make a new one.

Legends of Dal Riata Stonewardens detail creating new hearts out of metal, but Beor's had no luck with iron so far. He asks you to speak with Vrell in the local bookstore about any volumes she has.

While you can purchase two tomes off of her, they⭕ don't offer much help. You're on your own🅠 here!

While you can go back to the Forlorn Swords in the Horns of the South, they won't be much help either. Instead, take the path leading southeast out of town towards the note on your map that me🙈ntions the Forlorn Swords and an a🧸ncient keep.

Make your way to the bottom right of the Cuanacht map and you'll find a small group of Dal Riata traveling. Speak with the man named Kvorr about forging a new heart. He asks for more information, and you can disclose as much as you want about what happened to Beor.

Kvorr can craft a new heart, but he needs specific materials to do so. You'll need to get Wyrdstone and 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:ten Ethereal Cobwebs to forge Beor's new heart.

You can findꦇ Wyrdstone Ore in the Garden under the Blood Lak🌠e.

Once you give Kvorr the materials, he'll forge the heart for you. However, there's more work to be done. The heart needs to be filled with life, and there are two ways to do that: death or sacrifice.

Below are the outcomes for the quest, based on༒ what you do:

  • Fill the heart with unwilling lives. If you choose to kill others to fill the heart, it will work, but only just so. When you give it to Beor, he'll feel better initially, but slowly descend into madness over time and withdraw into Erfyr's house. If you speak with Beor again, he'll just keep rambling.
  • Convince Beor not to use the heart. You can tell Beor not to use the heart and he'll trust your judgment. However, when you check on him again later, he's angry and bitter towards you for denying him a new heart.
  • Sacrifice for the heart. The best outcome is to fill the heart with your own enerfy. This will permanently reduce your max HP by 40 points, so it's not given lightly. However, this will give Beor a warm and loving heart. When you check in with him again later, he'll have another quest for you.

If you want to romance Beor, you need to forfeit 40 points of your maximum health.

Stitch By Stitch Quest

Beor excited to see you at the forge.

Check back in with Beor a few days after giving him his new heart. He'll be glad to see you and seem a little softer in disposition. He'll ask you to help him make a warhammer for someone near and dear to him, as he's not the adventuring type and trusts you to get the materials for him.

Where To Get Black Alder

The first material is the wood, which can be found in the swamps to the west of town. Make your way there and follow the markers on your map to locate the three different trees with the best branches.

The swamp is full of monsters, so ma🐓k🌺e sure you come prepared to fight.

Break the branches off the trees and bring them to Beor. He's grateful you didn't get hurt in the proce♚ss, as the swamps are quite dangerous. With the wood in hand, he's decided on the next material needed for the warhammer.

Where To Get Beor's Family Iron

Buried in his family plot is a special chunk of iron. Beor asks you to retrieve his family iron and bring it back so he can use it for the warhammer. The plot can be found north of town, near a lake.

Bring a shovel! You're going to need it.

Despite his parents' bodies not being buried at the site, there are undead lurking around. Dispatch them quickly and dig up the casket containing the family iron. Bring it back to Beor to learn about the last material neede🐼d for the warhammer.

Where To Get Whispering Crystal

Finally, Beor needs Whispering Crystals to complete the enchantment on the warhammer. While he doesn't care where you get the crystals from, he recommends visiting the mines just outside of town. However, they're closed for a reason.

Make your way out the southern entrance, then hop down to the shore to slay a handful of Drowners outside the mines. When you enter, you'll find several undead and Wyrd monsters inside.

The lift is broken at the top, so y🍌ou'll have to m🉐ake your way through the mines slowly and carefully.

You only need three crystals, and a single vein can give you that much. Navigate deeper into the mines to collect what you need, then leap down onto the lift and use the lever to rise back to the entrance. Leave the mines and bring the crystals to Beor.

How To Romance Beor

Confessing your feelings to Beor.

After you give Beor everything, he'll ask you to wait around for a little while so he can finish the warhammer. When he's done, he makes an awkward confession of his feelings towards you and offers you the warhammer as a gift.

To romance Beor, you should return his feelings. After all, you wouldn't just give up your own heart for a stranger, would you? You'll receive the enchanted warhammer, Heartwrought, which requires 15 Strength to use effectively. When in use, heavy and critical hits have a high chance to stun your enemies.

You can also turn him do💝wn in a rather cruel way and still take the hammer, though that's not the point of this guide.

After telling him you return his feelings, Beor will swear to be a loving partner that waits for you to come home. He doesn't expect you to settle down, but he'd appreciate it if you came to visit now and then. You can also share your adventures with him when yo♒u do, making the relationship feel all the more wholesome.
