Each of the Dál Riata Tribes in Tainted Grail: The Fall Of Avalon has a long an♋d storied history, and a unique culture. They've weathered all sorts of problems, but that doesn'🎃t mean they can do so forever, especially with the encroaching Wyrdness causing issues across Avalon.

If you wish to aid the Úlfr, you'll n༺eeꦛd power beyond mortal hands.

The Sveinn are 🦋one of them, known for being the best hunters among all four tribes, and following behind the Horned God of the Hunt, the Stagfather. It seems their patron saint has betrayed them though, and a great tragedy has befallen the once-great Sveinn people. Only someone touched by the Wyrd can help them now.

How To Start God's Cure

Player character listening to Batraam, the Sveinn Chieftain, talk about his deceased son in Tainted Grail: The Fall Of Avalon.

As part of the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:main quest, Divided We Fall, you'll need to visit the Sveinn Tribe and resolve their issues, like with the other t𝐆hree Dal Riata Tribes.

Their village can be found in the northeastern corner of the Forlorn Swords, and the quickest path to them is to start at the Forlorn Swords Zone Two Gate fast travel point if you've unlocked it, and follow the main path east.

Upon arriving, you'll need to speak to the guard first, but there's going to be far less resistance than usual. Head up the wooden stairs and curve around to the area with a man standing next to a funeral pyre.

Speak to Batraam to find out what's happened, then take the wooden bridge up and away from him, and keep taking the staircases up until you reach a winding mountain path that leads you to the Sveinn Sanctuary.

Be careful when in the room with Glyrna. Due to a bug, she may be treated as a potential enemy, and you can aggro her onto you if you accidentally hit or use a spell near her, which will put a Bounty on you ꦚwith the Sveinn, 🍰and can potentially cause quest issues.

Unlock it with the key he gave you, then go down inside and speak to Glyrna. She'll tell you that you have to pray at the three Horned Gods Shrines and cleanse them, then find the final shrine and collect the First Hunt Trophy before you can reason with the Stagfather.

How To Get The First Trophy

Player character picking up the First Trophy of the Hunt from the final shrine in Tainted Grail: The Fall Of Avalon.

All three of the Horned God Shrines can be found in the forested area east of the Sveinn Tribe Village, and they can be reached by following the path out of the village and to the 🐈eaꦅst.

At each shrine, you'll have to fight a boss after praying to them, and each shrine has a particular one, though they have similar movesets and are essentially stronger versions of a Bottomless, a miniboss you may have fought before:

  • The western shrine spawns the Ice Golem, and it uses a combination of physical attacks and a ground pound that spawns ice crystals.
  • The northern shrine spawns the Wyrd Golem, and it uses a combination of physical attacks and non-elemental magic attacks.
  • The eastern shrine spawns the Fire Golem, and it uses a combination of physical attacks and fire attacks, along with a multi-hit ground pound.

Once you've killed the bosses and cleansed all the shrines, head to the fourth and largest shrine near the center of the area, and you'll find the First Trophy sitting among the bones on it. Pick it up and bring it back to Glyrna. Speak to her to complete God's Cure and start the next quest, The Breach.

How To Defeat The Stagfather

Player character facing down the Stagfather's Avatar and getting the decision to purify or kill them in Tainted Grail: The Fall Of Avalon.

From here, you can either go ahead and enter the Unrealm of the Hunt, or you can go back outside, down to the main portion of the village, and speak with Batraam first, who will ask you to kill the Stagfather instead.

Return to the Sveinn Sanctuary and go through the portal to the Unrealm of the Hunter. Follow the short path, jump across the small gap to the central area, and you'll get a cutscene with the Stagfather.

If you only spoke to Glyrna, you'll only have the option to purify him, but if you spoke to Batraam before going inside the realm, you'll also have the option to kill him instead.

Regardless of the option you pick, you'll have to fight the Stagfather's Avatar as part of the quest. This boss fights similarly to the Bottomless and the three Golems from God's Cure, but with a focus on powerful physical attacks.

It will generally alternate between several claw attacks and a longer combo with several ground pound attacks, and its main weakness is its slow speed, as well as a slight vulnerability to Fire Damage.

For Mage, Archer, and 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Rogue Builds, you'll be able to keep outrunning it fairly easily, but if you're doing a 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Warrior Build, use its slow speed to your advantage and run around to its vulnerable back when it goes to attack.

At around half health, the Stagfather will summon the three Golems you fought before at the Horned God shrines and restore its health to full.

The fight will become more difficult, but the key is focusing the Golems instead of the Stagfather, as killing all three of them will either kill or weaken the Stagfather, depending on your choice prior to the fight.

They're also much faster than the Stagfather and have ranged attacks that he doesn't, so you can kite them away from him and single them out while he tries to catch up to you.

As soon as the third golem dies, the Stagfather will collapse onto the ground, either weakened or dead, and you'll be free to return to the mortal realm through the portal that appears nearby.

How To Get Batraam To Attend The Moot

Batraam thanking the player character for siding with him during The Breach in Tainted Grail: The Fall Of Avalon.

Use the portal near the body of the Stagfather once the deed is done, and you'll return to the mortal realm, and you'll have one of two routes to go, depending on your prior choice.

Whether you complete The Breach or not, you'll need to speak to Batraam to progress Divided We Fall, but talking to him may not be listed as an actual quest step for either quest.

Purifying The Stagfather

Killing The Stagfather

If you sided with Glyrna and purified the Stagfather instead, she will thank you, and The Breach will be completed. You can speak to Batraam, and he will refuse to attend the Moot.

If you sided with Batraam and killed the Stagfather, Glyrna will refuse to speak to you further, and The Breach will fail. Batraam will agree to go to the Moot after speaking with him.

Once you've decided on the Sveinn's path, you can return to Gerf'hanr at the Capital and inform him of the tribe's decision. If you are successful in getting the Sveinn to go to the Moot, you'll recieve King Arthur's Gauntlets as a reward, and can either continue helping the Dál Riata, or complete Divided We Fall if they were yourಞ last objective.
