This piece is likely the most difficult to secure, as it involves convincing several different tribes to join you at the Moot. Only then can you reclaim the last part needed to move forward.
How To Start Flight Delayed Quest
As part of the Sleep That Never Comes main quest from the Theud tribe, you need to help alleviate the burden of its villagers who are stuck in the Dreaming and un🔴able to enter the Mother's Chamber.
One of these people is Jarnsvor, who is located at the very end of the Dreaming near the ledge. Approach hi🧔m and speak to him to learn what burdens him🍎.
You will learn that his friend, a raven, is the reason he is worried, and he forgot to let him out, leaving the bird trapped in its cage.
