This will start the Blood Stains The Circle quest, th𝄹o💃ugh it's recommended that you leave and come back later if you're a low level character.

Inside, you'll see an unholy amount of carnage and carrion. Standing in the middle of it all is an unfortunate man warped by the Wyrd and unimaginable violence.

How To Beat Mallory In The Blood Lake

Do not speak wit💯h Mallory unless you're ready for a fight.

When you approach, you can ask the skeletal man as many questions as you like. He vaguely remembers his name was Mallory, but he's been trapped in the Bl🤪ood Cave f🌸or gods know how long, waiting for those giant doors to open.

In all that time, he's slain countless competitors under the belief that the last man standing will open the doors – yet he's still waiting. When you wrap up the conversation, Mallory asks that you at least try to kill him and end his suffering.

If you're a low level, Mallory will wi💖pe the floor with you.

Hardened by years of combat and a need to survive, Mallory is relentless. He'll take swings at you with his sword while knocking you baಌck with his shield. Thankfully, the Blood Cave is an open space you can move around in circles.

Try to put clusters of swords between you and Mallory to keep your distance. Use throwing knives, magic, or arrows to help whittle down his health while staying just out of reach.

Once Mallory falls, the giant doors surrounded by bodies will open and you can progress further into the dungeon, getting closer to the Garden of legend.

How To Enter The Garden

Take a moment to look around the tunnel and arbor for loot, as there are plenty of ingredients you can 🙈use later. Once you're ready, look at the base of the flowering tree.

Between the roots is an opening. Crouch down and crawl through the passage to reach the inner sanctum of the Garden. You'll find several hollow druids here as well as a handful of Marrowghasts that are all too happy to attack you.

Dispatch them and progress through the ruins until you reach the far corner. Here, a druid named Prydwen awaits you. Speak with him to learn about what happened with the Garden. Prydwen has been waiting for someone to come help them, and that person is you. It's up to you to free them all by defeating the 'child' of the garden and the experiement.

Prydwen will hand you a seal that opens the stone door in the garden. Use the seal and the door will rise, allowꦅing you inside. Approach the pool of blood, weapons drawn, as the Blood Abomination wil♓l rise from the carnage and attack.

The Blood Abomination is formidable. She moves quickly and summons Deathbound Guardian allies to defend her. Keep your attention on her, though, as once she falls, the thralls will too.

Use King Arthur's power to slow down time and catch up to her if you're having trouble!

Dodge the fireballs she throws at you and do your best to get up close to strike. Keep an eye on where her body falls, as you can claim a Blood-tainted Shell and the Cursed Bloodblade from her. This sword increases Lifesteal by two percent and it glows red.

Once the Blood Abomination is slain, return to Prydwen to complete the quest. He's grateful for your help and can now rest in peace. You'll be rewarded with a large sum of experience and the Winged Spear, if you loot Prydwen's body.
