Swamp Pipe Crawl is far from a bad level,🙈 but, when compared to the rest of the levels in Pipe-Rock Plateau, it fails to be as memorabl🌞e as the rest. It is one of the more challenging levels for the first world, but unfortunately its theming and design is closer to a standard Mario Swamp level. It still has some great sections, with the switching between the foreground and the background keeping you on your toes.

The Wonder Seed transformation adds some fun challenge with the crawling pipes, but with this happening earlier on in World One, it feels a bit too soon to be 🦩repeateꦅd.

11 ﷽ Welcome To The Flower Kingdom! ൩

For a first level, Welcome to the Flower Kingdom is great. It isn't too challenging, giving plenty of opportunities for you to get used to the controls before throwing some bigger obstacles your way in later levels.

The crawling pipe Wonder transformation is fun to play around with, but doesn't have too much challenge since there is not as much punishment for falling off. It's the perfect way to start the adventure and builds momentum towards the following levels, but isn't as rewarding to return to.

10 Scram, Skedaddlers! ♋

With the Flower Kingdom, Mario fans are getting introduced to a whole ⛦new range of enemy designs, and one of the more entertaining is the Skedaddlers, who will run away from your character 🐽while shooting back some projectiles. Running after them is a fun challenge, especially with timing the dodging in between.

This is made even better with the Wonder transformation that gives you invincibility while partaking in a longer chase for the Skedaddler with the Wonder Seed. It is a shame that the Skedaddlers aren't used more in later levels.

9 ꧙ Pipe-Rock Plateau Palace 🔜

The castles at the end of Mario Worlds can often be some of the most challenging levels throughout a world, and while this one is still challenging, so are some of the other levels this world, so it doesn't feel too hard to get through.

It is good that not every world ends with a Castle, so when they show up they feel more special, but this first one, being the first, doesn't have a particular gimmick to make it stand out. The Bowser Jr. fight at the end is fun, and the Wonder power remix changing Bowser Jr and Mario's size adds a unique twist.

8 Heﷺre Come The Hopposꩲ

The first Hoppo levelไ in Super Mario Wonder is a lot of fun,♍ with the challenge being less about avoiding enemy attacks, and more about precise timing with jumping on the Hoppos to reach different rewards.

The level is not too challenging to get through the first time, but if you want to get all the rewards, you will need to be strategic with how you knock the Hoppos abouꦚt. The level culminates in a fun Wonder transformation with giant Hopꦫpos aiding or hindering you depending on how you approach them.

7 Bulrush Coming Through!📖

The Bulrushes a🦩re some of the more interesting enemies introduced in Super Mario Wonder, and the strategi♛c use of their destructive capability is shown off in Bulrush Coming Through!

Like Here Come the Hoppos, you can get through the level easily, but to unlock everything, you will need to direct, ride, and guide the Bulrush to ensure they take you where you need to go. It ends withܫ one of the best Wonder transformations with the Bulrush stampede, which takes you past the initial ending, and to a secret extra one which ꦍyou can only get with the Wonder Seed.

6 Sproings In The Twilight Fore♕st

One of the more hidden levels in Pipe-Rock Plateau is Sproings in the Twilight Forest, and in spite of its name, the Sproings take more of a backseat compared to the setting. The sillouhette aesthetic level poses a unique challenge when it comes to navigation, but it isn't too hard to work out after a while.

The star of the show i𒆙s the Wonder Seed transformation that will stretch out your character, making them more of an easy target, but increasing the amount of rewards you can obtain.

5 Cosmi🐷c H🎶oppos

While the first Hoppo level is a lot of fun, the hidden level, Cosmic Hoppos, is even more fun, and will further test your mastery of manipulating Hoppos. Working up the vertical level isn't too much of a challenge, but the long falls you can suffer after a mistake keep the tension up.

The Wonder Seed transformation definitely stands out, with the gravity removed, and the giant Hoppos becoming an obstacle that can bounce you into spikey🍃 traps.

4 Angry Spikes And Sinkin' Pipes

One of the later levels in World One is Angry Spikes and Sinkin' Pipes. It is challenging, being one of the last levels you can do before finishing the world, and there are plenty of obstacles and enemies to get past to survive the level.

A hidden break from the trial is the Wonder Seed transformation that is hidden down a pipe. The level becomes a musical number that chℱallenges you to dodge obstacles to the beat, and while it is still hard, the musical challenge🌱 is a lot of fun.

3 Bulrush Express 🌞 ▨

Bulrush Express is one of the shorter levels, but it makes up for this with one of the most challenging early-game Wonder Seed transformations. Like the first Bulrush level, you have to ride on the stampede, but this time you can't fall off, and there are a lot more jumps and out-of-reach coins that are risky to grab.
