One tool that Super Dungeon Maker provides is the ability to diversify your Floors. Some may require the player to get creative in their problem-solving, while others might require a power-up. There are seven floor options for each biome, and this guide will explain everything you need to know about the✤m.

Updated May 14, 2022, by Gabrielle Huston: Super Dungeon Maker continues to attract player attention as an early access video game! The creators are often updating the content, so we've updated this guide to keep it up to date with the latest stuff you can meddle with!

Normal Floors

  • Biomes Where It's Available: Forest, Castle, Desert

The Normal Floor is exactly what it sounds like. Normal. When you're creating new rooms, you'll probably want to use this tool. Monsters can walk on it, decorations can be placed on it, all the good flavor that brings your dungeon to life!

There are three different versions of the normal floor, each bringing a different aesthetic to your dungeon. Then, the three types change depending on the biome you choose! Check 'em out below. You just stand on all of them - there's no use other than aesthetic.

Quicksand Floor

  • Biomes Where It's Available: Desert

The Quicksand Floor is the second option in the Floor Menu. Players can walk over it like normal; they aren't slowed down or anything. However, the longer they stand on a Quicksand Floor, the more danger they're in. A darkening circle will grow around them, eventually swallowing them up entirely.

Foggy Floor

  • Biomes Where It's Available: Forest

The Fog Floor hides that area from the player's sight. There's a golden egg in the picture above - can you see it through the fog? Enemies and traps will be able to see you (and attack, of course), but you'll have a much harder time seeing them.

Attacking Floor

  • Biomes Where It's Available: Castle

The Castle biome has an extra-spooky type of Floor! The Attacking Floor is made up of square tiles and, when a player gets close, they randomly jump off the ground and shoot at the player like knives! There are two things to keep in mind. First, monsters and players can still walk on the floor before and after it has attacked - when the tiles jump up it reveals dirt underneath. Second, the tiles don't regenerate, so once they've all attacked, this Floor is no longer dangerous.

Pit Floor

  • Biomes Where It's Available: Forest, Castle, Desert

The Pit Floor allows you to create a gaping hole in your dungeon! If a player walks into it, they'll fall to their death. 168澳洲幸运♉5开奖网:They c𓂃an get over it with certain tools, though.

However, if you build a Floor below where the Pit Floor appears, the player can actually just fall onto the lower level of your dungeon. This needs to be used strategically, but can work wonders whenever it's done well!

Cracking Floor

  • Biomes Where It's Available: Forest, Castle, Desert

The Cracking Floor is just like the Pit Floor, except that it appears with stones over top of the pit. Players can cross it by walking at first, but once they stand on one of the stones it will fall into the pit (and so will the player, if they're not over to the other side quick enough!).

Just like the Pit Floor, a Cracking Floor could transport the player to a lower level of your dungeon instead of killing them.

Water Floor

  • Biomes Where It's Available: Forest, Castle, Desert

The Water Floor is perilous to unprepared players. It's the last Floor option you're given. When you walk into it, you'll drown! 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Unless you have the w🤪ebbed boots,♏ of course.
