"This Is Lois Lane, Signing Off"

Lois Lane's face appearing on numerous TV screens across Metropolis' map as she televises a report.

What's neat about Metropolis in this Suicide Squad game and the storytelling, in general, is the brilliant use of the environment for lore and major plot events. It was said to have the same DNA as the Arkham titles, and it's moments like these and the comm communications where it truly shines.

All around the map are various television screens, which cut in and out often throughout your traversal to live stream a new report from the Daily Planet's own Lois Lane. Seeing Lois here is an excellent surprise, and even with a world in peril and Superman turning into a villain, she preserves to give Metropolis the latest updates.

7 Wonder Woman's Entrance

Cue Zimmer's Wonder Woman Theme

Close-up of Wonder Woman with her cuff up in defense crouched on a table and her face looking toward the camera.

Harley Quinn has a tendency to regret some of the things she says out loud throughout the story, and how she meets Wonder Woman is another one of those examples. As she explores the costume room at the Justice League building, Harley notices Wonder Woman's lasso is missing. As soon as she could mention it, she gets lassoed away by Wonder Woman.

What plays out is quite the perfect scene. Diana uses her cuffs to shield herself from Deadshot's bullets, punches King Shark across the room, catches one of the boomerangs thrown by Boomer, and then uses the lasso to extract the truth from Captain Boomerang, who admits to alcoholism and bad behavior. When she finds out they're with Waller, Wonder Woman parts ways.

When Was The🅷 First DC Suicide Squad First Cꦰreated?

There have been several versions of the Suicide Squad, but when wa𝐆s the first one created?

At this point, Green Lantern and the rest of the Justice League members have been fully put under Brainiac's malevolent influence, and you can convincingly hear in his words how he believes Brainiac's vision must come to fruition. One of the most shocking moments Lantern leaves you with is getting to witness a live Terminaut transformation on a helpless civilian.

5 ♕ Meeting Earth-2 Lex

Now A Multiversal Adventure

Close-up of a bearded Lex at Earth-2's Hall of Justice with the rest of the squad members behind him near a van.

When you defeat The Flash and Green Lantern rains down on you with all his wrath, the Suicide Squad quickly get sucked into a vortex, which sends them to a weird void filled with other planets, meaning that the Elseworlds multiverse comes into play. They wake up in what's seemingly Metropolis, just now even more ruinous, but come to find out they've actually landed on Earth-2.

And on Earth-2, they meet a🦩 much more aged Lex Luthor, with an almost full headౠ of hair and beard. Waller Just Can't Help Herself With The Jabs

Waller furiously jamming the nanobomb needle inside Brainiac's brain device.

Keeping with the themes and traditions of the Suicide Squad, Brainiac's Death was designed to be pretty comical. After an intense boss fight where Brianic essentially turns into a speedster, the squad shrinks him and traps him in their device, only to then play hot potato with it outside the Hall of Justice on Earth-1.

Well, the longer he's trapped inside, the more you can see Brainiac is suffocating. When Boomer finally lets him out, he's revived, but Waller jabs the nanobomb needle straight into his brain without hesitation, which extracts the data Luthor needs from the Skull Ship. The good news is that one Brainiac is dead, but you're left with the revelation that twelve others remain.

Gamers Are Way Too Protective Of💛 Their Favorite Characters

From The Last of Us Part 2 to Suicide Squad: Kill the J⛦ustice League, some players can't handle bad things happening to their favs.

These are always followed by a pivotal boss battle, except in the case of Princess Diana, who has one of the most emotional deaths at the hands of Superman. Batman's was the most symbolic since Harley got the last laugh, and Boomerang got his chance to pee on Flash (a recurring joke in the game). Superman and Green Lantern's deaths feel less climactic, but the comments that come after are exactly how you'd expect the characters to react.

2 King Shark's Green Lantern Oath

No Evil Shall Escape Shark's Sight

King Shark transforming into Green Lantern with the powers of the ring in a cutscene.

What a unique moment for King Shark and an epic one for the story in Kill the Justice League. Green Lantern is dead, yet the Skull Ship's shields still haven't broken, so what's the plan? King Shark will attempt to force the Power Ring on his thick fingers before finally being successful in placing it on his pinky to assume the role of Green Lantern.

Shark recites the traditional oath of a Green Lantern, and the final line now becomes, "Beware my power, King Shark's light" (Goosebumps). What he conjures is a giant great white shark with the glowing emerald green properties of the ring to chomp at the Skull Ship's shields, but then he loses control and fails to stop the shark from also trying to attack his teammates.

1 ൩ The Ending Tribute Honoring Kevin Conroy

Gone But Never Forgotten, Thank You Kevin

It wouldn't be DC without a post-credits scene, and there is an incredibly touching one in Kill the Justice League. This one honors the late Kevin Conroy, who's been the definitive voice of Batman across all animated media since Batman: The Animated Series and was a pivotal part of Rocksteady's family as the Dark Knight's voice in the Arkham games and Suicide Squad.

168澳洲幸运5开奖网:As Batman is gone in the game, Lois Lane has one more report to share about the caped crusader's final emotional message to Metropolis (and players) that reflects on his legacy as well as Conroy's. The shot of Batman on the headline is a tribute to the visual from Batman: The Animated Series and the screen that immediately follows has the beautiful words "Thank You, Kevin."
