What's Changed From The GameCube Version?
The short answer to this question is, enough to keep things feeling fresh, but not so much that it feels like a whole ♑new g𓆏ame.
The biggest and most immediate changes that veteran fans will notice are the name changes for certain characters and places. Where's Muffy from the Blue Bar, and who is Molly at the Bluebird Cafe?
Additionally, there have been some big quality of life tweaks that add to the ease of play.
These include a toolbar that allows you to keep all your tools on you at once now, or being able to buy buildings you used to have to earn upgrades for instead of waiting for the right friendship t💎o 🦩max out.

How Many Chapters Are There?
Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life plays out over the course of six primary chapters.
These are:
- Chapter One: Beginnings, in which you'll move onto the farm, get the lay of the land, and begin romancing the townsfolk in search of a spouse.
- Chapter Two: Branching, which starts with you having a child, introducing you to married life and parenthood.
- Chapter Three: Blessings, in which your Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life child has grown to an elementary-aged kid with interests and opinions of their own.
- Chapter Four: Blooming, where your baby grows into a teen and lets you experience all the ups and downs of parenting a teenager.
- Chapter Five: Traversal, which sees your child becoming an adult and growing into their interests.
- Chapter Six: Twilight, which sees you as an elder with limited stamina as your child becomes a more central focus.
After this, however, there's also an infinite play mode known in other Story of Seasons titles as "Heaven Mode."

All that said, the main story in Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life is made up of the main six chapters. The seventh is conside♒red a bonus, and is not required unless you're trying to get every Wonder.
Do You Have To Get Married?
Story of Seasons: A Wonderful life does force you to get married before beginning Year Two, if you haven't already 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:gotten married of your own accord during Year One.
When you reach a high enough affection level with a villager, the Nature Sprites will give you a Blue Feather, which has historically been given to someone to propose marriage.
If you have your sights set on someone early on, you can always give the Blue Feather in Year One to get married right away, provided the target of your aff꧅ection likes you enough already.
But, if you stay single throughout Year One, when you go to bed on Winter Ten, the following morning, Takakura comes into your house and tells you someone is waiting for you outside.
You're then given a list of names of all the characters with whom you have a high enough affection that they'd have accepted your Blue Feather had you given it to them before.
Thankfully, there are eight marriage candidates in A Wonderful Life, all with unique personalities and quirks, so choose your favorite and 🐽lock them down forever once you're ready for the commitment (or 🐽when Takakura decides that you are).
Same-Sex Marriage Is Possible
Another huge change from the original release of A Wonderful Life, you can now marry any of the singles in Forgotten Valley, regardless of your farmer's sex or pronouns.
Spous🐬es are generally referred to as "partners," which makes for seamless gameplay with the new change.
Can You Get Divorced?
If you find you've chosen wrong when it came time to picking a spouse, we're sorry to say that you're stuck with them - you can't seem to get divorced in Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life.
In the original game, you could get divorced by ignoring your spouse and child, and by not growing anything on the farm and earning an income𝐆 to provide for them. Your spouse would leave if you hadn't been good to them,❀ and the game would end immediately.
This no longer seems to be the case in the 2023 remake, though. To test this, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:we married someone and didn't speak to them for five entire years, but yet they remained graying faithfully by our side𝐆.
If you'd like to change your spouse, you'll unfortunately need to start a whole new game, or reload from a Year One save before you were made to choose a spouse.
Do You Have To Have A Child?
Yes, your Story of Seasons A Wonderful Life child is not optional. Your child plays a central role in the game, meaning that you hav൩ing a child in St♌ory of Seasons: A Wonderful Life is critical.
At your wedding, your new spouse will imply that your family will grow soon and ask if you'd prefer a son or daughter.
The answer you give your new spouse decides the sex of your child, but regardless, you have a child to begin Year Two no matter what.
The character you marry and decisions you make early in your child's life 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:influence your child's future in a variety of ways.
We won't spoil the ending for you, but you'll watch your child grow up and develop into their own person, and that's an experience you can't opt out of in Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life.
Is The Goat Still Useless After A Year?
Kind of, but Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life has provided players with the option to sell your animals now, instead the old method of getting rid of unwanted animaಞls.
Instead of simply letting (or making) your animals die, you can now sell animals for half of what you paid for them.
After selling an animal at the Ledger, they'll be gone from you💖r farm the following morning. You can cancel the sale at anytime before then if you change your mind.
When you 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:buy the Goat from Van, a female Goat will produce milk for one year after you buy her.
You can choose to breed the Goat to increase the quality of her milk and potentially even get a new female Goat when she gives birth fo🐎r a fraction of what Van 🅰asks for them.
Animals that have just given birth give higher-quality products, so even if you don't keep the baby, it's a good way to boost product quality.
Van sells Goats in the Spring of every year, so you'll have multiple chances to buy, but he only sells them in the Spring, so buy while you can.
Which Crops Make The Most Money?
While growing a variety is great for use in recipes or requests, there will always be certain crops that bring in much more money than some of the others.
These will usually be your hybrid crops, as well as anything that takes a while to grow,ᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚ to make up for how long it's taking up that specific plot ✱in your field.
You can 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:make more money off your crops by using Fertilizer from Vesta's Farm to fertilize your crops, boosting their grade.
Crops with higher grades earn more money when sold, so it's worth the extra work to 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:improve your crop grades.
It's also helpful to break down fruits into seeds in the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Seed Maker to increase your earnings from your fruit trees, as seeds often sell for more than the crop with the doubling in the Seed Maker.

What's The Bulletin Board?
New in Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:the Bulletin Board right beside the Lei-Over Inn offers occasional side-quests for you🐽 to do that see you trading goods with the townsfolk to help fulfill their requests.
Villagers can ask for anything from animal products to crops to specific meals, with each request beinܫg different from the last.
You'll have a few requests each season, and while some have time limits, others that take more time have either a🐻 longer time limit, or no time l𝓡imit at all.
There is no penalty for not completing a request, other than missing out on the bevy of rewards you may earn for finishing them.
You have the chance to earn some pretty helpful stuff, like higher-grade crop seeds, tools, and 𒆙more, so be sure to stay on top of your requests in A Wonderful Life.
Why Won't Gary Take My Gifts?
One of the biggest and most startling changes when you 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:begin Year Two i🏅s that you'll notice immediately that, while Forgotten Valley has gained a new famཧily, it's also lost an iconic resident - Nina has passed away.
Since her passing in the time between Years One and 𒈔Two, Gary moves over to Oceanꦦview Hill.
He has a memorial to Nina in the house, but Nina is buried out front by the g🌱ravestone overlooking the sea.
Polishing the gravestone is an 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:optional minigame from Year Two onward.
And when you speak to Gary during Year Two, you'll find him pretty flat and defeated 🌺- he's just lost the love of his life, after all.
Gary will not accept presents during Year Two as he mourns the loss of his wife, no mat🔯ter what you may offer hi🔥m.
This does change when he takes presents again from Year Three onward, after having some time to cope with his loss - h🌸e was simply depressed d꧑uring Year Two, but your kindness and Nina's memory is enough to push him on.
In shor🀅t, don't mind Gary during Year Two. Give him time to readjust to his loss - he'll come around next year.
Should You Donate To Pui?
Though he spends almost every day taking donations to get back to Coco Island, Pui stays in Forgotten Valley no matter168澳洲幸运5开奖网: how much money you give him.
He'll in fact not take donations from you past a certain amount, simply talking to you casually even when✨ he's on the bridge begging for gold.
However, although Pui sticks around despite your consistent donations, this is how you get a major tool upgrade, so long as you've donated and befriended Pui.
Then, keep your eye on the Bulletin Board in Year Four, as this is when Pui will post the request to the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Bulletin Board.
You need to accept the quest before he'll give you the Sickle, so be sure to check often. The quest does not have a time limit, but it's easy enough to finish.
Pui may also occasionally steal from your farm, which he'll do regardless of your friendship level.
You can, however, chase him off by training your dog, who will then refuse t𝔉o let Pui near your goods.
