At some point in your adventures, you’ll find yourself walking through the front gates to 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:the Western-style Akila City. Unfortunately, it’s not all cowboys and aliens when you get there. The first time you arrive in the city, y🦋ou’ll find you🌳rself smack in the middle of a hostage situation at the local bank.
How To Persuade The Bank Robbers
Upon entering Akila City, you’ll see guards posted outside the main entrance to Galbank. Talking with Marshal Daniel Blake reveals that members of the local Shaw Gang tried to rob the bank, but got caught. They’ve taken hostages to buy themselves some time.
One way you can try to fix the situation is by persuading the bank robbers to release the hostages. To do this, walk up to the intercom next to the front door to the bank. After introducing yourself as a neutral negotiator, you can choose the “persuade” option.
How easy persuasion works depends on how many skill points you’ve sunk into this skill, and whether you use any items that buff persuasion, such as a Chandra wine or .
Here are some options to choose that can help persuade the bank robbers:
- I'm not on anyone's side here.
- Don’t you want to get out of there?
- Talking to me is the only way you’re getting out of here alive.
- Don’t waste my time with this bullshit. You and I both know you have no choice but to trust me.
- There’s no good outcome for you here. If you give up now, at least you’ll still have your lives.
- This is between you and the Marshal. Leave innocent people out of it.
Even if you have success with the initial persuasion attempt, the robbers may try to give you a list of demands. Try to persuade them again using other options you haven't chosen yet.
After completely convincing the bank robbers to release the hostages, you can report back to the Marshal to complete the quest. You'll receive credits and experience as rewards for saving the day.
How To Attack The Bank Robbers
If persuading your enemies isn't your cup of tea, you have another way to save the hostages. If you go through the side alley, and around to the back of Galbank, you can sneak in the back door. The 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:goal is to stealth-kill the Shaw Gang members, without any ho🅰st🦂ages getting hurt in the process.
Make sure to quicksave before attempting this rescue, just in case things go sideways.
Right inside the back entrance, you'll see a vent grate that you can enter. Going through this will take you up to the rafters, giving you a great vantage point on all your enemies below. Take out the few bank robbers, and you'll be able to release the hostages and complete the quest.
Regardless of when you encounter this quest for the first time, it will be necessary to complete for two main reasons. "Job Gone Wrong" is your first quest that leads you to be able to join the Freestar Collective.
