Looking For Artifacts

Starfield Caelumite Near Artifact

Once you've played Starfield for a little while, you'll realize that its main story revolves around finding Artifacts in various caves around the giant world. These ꦚArtifa✱cts are also a great and the only source of Caelumite during the early game since the caves housing an Artifact are also filled with this resource.

As you get within a few meters of the Artifact, you'll start finding Caelumite deposits all over the place. This resource has quite a lot of health, so it'll take a lot of time for your Cutter to break it. Once you have it, make sure that you keep it safe in your ship's Cargo Hold and never sell it.

One way of ensuring that you don't sell it by mistake is to make a separate chest on your ship or keep Caelumite in the Captain's Locker.

You won't get an option to sell the resource from these two places.
