If there's anything in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Star Wars that can beat out the series' iconic characters, costumes, lightsaber duels, and soundtrack, it's the dialogue. Across the movies, animated and live-action shows, and video games, there have been so many memorable quotes gifted to fans, and 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Star Wars Outlaws has a few more to add.
Star Wars Outlaws takes a break from the standard formula of Star Wars games and 168ꦯ澳洲ꦇ幸运5开奖网:has you play a scoundrel named Kay Vess rather than another Jedi Knight. This adds lots of exciting worldbuilding and lore to a story that continues to be൲ a brilliant exploration of themes and characters in a galaxy far, far away. Here are the most well-written parts.
Major spoilers for plot points in Star Wars Outlaws are discu𒈔ssed below.
10 "Weren't You Listening? I'm Starving. And It's Time To Eat."
- Sliro
Like the movies and TV shows, Star Wars games have added 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:their own iconic variety of villains to the canon. In Star Wars Ou🥃tlaws, you have Sliro, a ruthless crime lord managing the Zerek Besh syndicate, who shows you the level of ev💝il he could rise to within the opening moments of the game alone.
Sliro gathers representatives from the Crimson Dawn, Hutt Cartel, and Pyke Syndicate, not for a meeting to discuss business, but rather to accuse them of bringing a rebel spy into the Zerek Besh. He tells them of his brother, who would often snatch his food and still be treated more favorably in the family due to being the heir. And in that moment, Sliro proclaims he's "starving," a signal for his guards to massacre everyone at the table.
9 "I Think I'm Done Being Used."
- Kay Vess
On average, Star Wars Outlaws to get through the entire game, depending on whether you're a completionist. That's a lot of side-questing, collecting, and tackling of main story missions as Kay. You'll be working for all sorts of NPCs, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:whether they be Experts, syndicate heads, sid𓆉e characters, or even the Rebellion,🦩 so this line is absolutely justified by the end.

After their victory, Kay and the rest of the Trailblazer's crew make it to Bram's bar, The Broken Hoof, on Canto Bight. The Twi'lek rebel, Asara, tells Kay the Rebellion could use her services, to which she replies, "I'm done being used." It's an unconventional way of putting it, and also a meta fourth wall break that the game is finally done and she won't be controlled by players anymore.
8 "You Have Outlived Your Usefulness To The Emperor." 🏅
- Darth Vader
Can it really be considered a Star Wars game 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:without a mandatory Darth Vader cameo, especially since Outlaws is set between The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi? The iconic Sith villain makes a couple of appearancღes to reprimand Sliro, who you discover is actually an ISB director using the Zerek Besh syndicate as a front to gather intelligence on Rebels for the Empire.
In this scene, Darth Vader appears before Sliro as a hologram to deliver another threatening yet eloquently spoken line that may also g🐼o down as one of his all-time best – "You have outlived your usefulness to the Emperor." Sliro was previously warned about his lack of results, hence Vader directing his intense fury at𒁃 him again. Moments later, Sliro will be killed by ND-5 under orders from Jaylen.
7 "I Was The Heir! But We Were Family. Now. You Owe Me An Empire. So I'm Taking Yours."
- Jaylen Vrax
The game's major twist is that Sliro and Jaylen are brothers locked in a bitter rivalry. Sliro was always jealous of Jaylen and him being heir to their family empire, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:so he betrayed them and had ND-5 slaughter all remaining Barshas to chart his own path within the Empire. Now, Jaylen comes for his revenge and usurps Sliro's position to be given control of the Zerek Besh.
In a dialogue interaction that feels as painful and solemn as Anakin and Obi-Wan's during their final moments in Revenge of the Sith, Jaylen admits he always considered Sliro family, even if he was the heir. But what Sliro did was unforgivable, taking everything from Jaylen, so he's there to do the same to Sliro, seizing Zerek Besh from him and then ordering ND-5 to finish the job of ending another Barsha's life.
6 "Syndicates And Rebels Fighting Together... It's Official. I Have Seen Everything."
- Ank Parako (In Huttese)
In Star Wars Outlaws, you have friends and allies from a variety of different species, whether they be droids, aliens, or humans. One such character is a Chadra-Fan named Ank, a safecracker who can join your crew on the Trailblazer 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:after completing the Breakout Quest. And it's Ank who delivers this fitting line during the final mission, speaking, of course, in Huttese.

Here's how to complete Th⭕e Safecracker quest and get the Queen's Relic back to her in Star Wars Outlaws!
168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Depending on which criminal faction you side wi💛th, they'll ultimately help Kay and the rebels destroy the Imperial Star Destroyer ship during the game's final battle to protect Kay and the codex. It's a 'stranger things have happened' moment that brings two unlikely allies together against the Empire, which Ank finds truly surreal.
5 🔯 "You Should Know, Kay, No One Hurts You Like Family."
- Jaylen Vrax
After Jaylen kills his brother and reveals all to Kay, he tries to cut deep when he says, "No one hurts you like family." Indeed, when your own family betrays you, it hurts the worst, and that's what Jaylen faced from his own brother. You can still feel the pain in his words as he uses them to coldly convey how Kay can sympathize with his sentiment after what her mother did to her.
Through a series of flashbacks, you see how Kay was raised to be a thief by her mother, Riko, operating out of Bram's bar in Canto Bight. At one point, it became clear to Riko that Kay wasn't cut out for a life of crime, so she chose to abandon her, which is just as horrible of a betrayal as what Sliro did to his family.
4 "Not Bad. For An Impౠerial." 🐠
- Riko Vess
In a not-so-out-of-the-ordinary fashion for Disney and Star Wars, there is a post-credit scene in Star Wars Outlaws. It's a pretty surprising one that also calls back to Rogue One and Andor. You see Kay dressed in an Imperial outfit, walking into an interrogation room where her mother, Riko Vess, sits. It's very similar to when Andor had to disguise himself as an Imperial officer to aid the Rebellion.
When you last leave Kay before the credits roll, she takes command of the Trailblazer with ND as her co-pilot and says they can go anywhere they want. That's why it may be jarring to then see her disguised as an Imperial officer sneaking into the interrogation room to use some sleight of hand in giving her mother a lockpicking device to break out of the cuffs. Safe to say, Kay's mom appreciated the gesture.
3 "You're New To This World. Come Back When You're Not."
- Gorak Palas
When Kay arrives in Toshara, she's looking for her next job. A Rodian mechanic named Waka, who will soon become one of your partners in crime, points her to the Pyke Syndicate underboss, Gorak, in Mirogana, the capital city. However, things don't go quite as Kay could've expected in her first meeting with the Pyke leader.

Kay is🧔 looking for that one big score in Star Wars Outlaws, but in the meantime, she'll need to use her wits to get by.
Gorak is less than thrilled to hear Waka's name from Kay and immediately kicks her out of the room. She's not familiar with who Gorak's enemies and allies are, and it's his way of telling her to gain more experience within the workings of the criminal underworld before coming to him for a job. 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Nix did manage to lift his ringღ, t𝐆hough, when Gorak indulged the merqaal with some pets.
2 "Please Don't Be A Trash Chute."
- Kay Vess
This won't be the only movie reference in Star Wars Outlaws you'll catch, but it's certainly well-timed and one of the best Easter eggs in the game. As Kay escapes Sliro's mansion after her capture, she must slide down a vent shaft, which is when she comically says, "Please don't be a trash chute."
This is, of course, a meta callback to the infamous trash chute scene from A New Hope. When Han Solo and Luke Skywalker disguise as Stormtroopersﷺ to rescue Leia from Imperial forces, the trio slides down a hatch to find themselves stuck in a trash chute where the walls close in on them and a creature lurks beneath the garbage-covereཧd water.
1 🅘 "Ou𒐪t Here, You Live And Die By Your Reputation."
- Danka Orsato
Directly following the scene where Kay's meeting with Gorak is abruptly cut short is your introduction to Danka, which is probably one of the most memorable introductions to a side character in any Star Wars game. Danka presents herself to Kay by giving her an overview of all key the syndicates so she can "know the players," as Gorak instructed.
She directs Kay's attention to the Pykes first, then the Crimson Dawn, and finally the Hutts, listing out each organization's agendas and notable characteristics, with stylish cinematic camera cuts in between. Danka is trying to instill in Kay that being remembered in the criminal world depends solely on your reputation and the name you make for yourself, echoing your journey ahead.
