That's precisely what happens🐟 in the False Flag main quest, leading to many unique encounters and intense moments that perfectly showcase the constant rollಞercoaster that is Kay's journey. Nonetheless, this quest is only the tip of the iceberg regarding her overall adventure and goals.

False Flag Quest Walkthrough: Retrieve Cargo

When you begin the False Flag main quest in Star Wars Outlaws, you must head to the Toshara Orbit by making your way to the Trailblazer's cockpit and selecting the 'Take Off' option.

Upon reaching the orbit of Toshara, you will then be tasked with heading to the Wreck Cluster and gathering cargo. Follow the waypoint until you reach the Wreck Cluster and scan the area for the cargo boxes.

Gathering The Cargo

As you approach the cargo crates, shoot them open with the Trailblazer's lasers, then press Y/Triangle to gather the contents that popped out. However, as you begin collecting the materials, Pirates will suddenly ambush you.

Eliminate the Pirates and regather the cargo. With the precious cargo in your possession, it's time to head to the Imperial Fuel Station, where things get a bit hairy.

Head To The Imperial Fuel Station

Follow the waypoint toward the Imperial Fuel Station until TIE Escorts pull up on you, then follow them into the Imperial Fuel Station. Here, Waka will distract the guards, allowing you to sneak out of the Trailblazer and into the station, where you will then be tasked with finding the Data Vault.

False Flag Quest Walkthrough: Find The Data Vault

After exiting the Trailblazer, you will be in the Imperial Fuel Station, surrounded by guards and Stormtroopers who are going about their business. Sneak around the left side of the crates in front of you and stealthily take the guard down here.

From here, you will see a sled with large crates on top and a control panel near the rear. Sneak up to the control panel and activate the sled, causing it to move forward slowly. Stand on the right side of the sled and slowly walk alongside it to avoid being detected by the guards.

Find A Terminal With Info On The Data Vault

When the sled stops moving, look to the right to find a vent and take it into the next room. Once you get here, there will be a lift. Take it to the upper areas of the Fuel Station, but be mindful of the ᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ওᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚguards on this floor.

There will be three guards total here, but two of them will leave the floor you're on, leaving only the Stormtrooper present. Wait for them to leave, perform a takedown on the lone Stormtrooper, and enter the room behind him.

In this room, there will be two more guards. Stun the one on the far left with your Blaster, then quickly take down the other one directly in front of you. Access the computer to get more information on the Data Vault.

False Flag Quest Walkthrough: Reach The Data Vault

After pinpointing the location of the Data Vault, use the exit in the room with the computer, then take the ladder up to an elevated area of the Fuel Station. Once here, you will have to use your Data Spike to pick the lock of a door.

Once the door is opened, sneak inside to find two Stormtroopers standing guard. One will walk near you, wait for them to get beside you, swiftly take them down quietly, then stun the other with your Blaster.

Progressing Deeper In The Fuel Station

With the two guards taken care of, sneak underneath the turret, into the room beneath it, and climb through the vent. You will be in a dark red room that has large moving objects on a conveyor belt. Follow behind the objects until you find an energy barrier to the right.

Jump onto the platform with the energy barrier and use your Data Spike to turn it off, then head into the next area to arrive on the top of a walkwaꩲy with several guౠards beneath you.

Getting Closer To The Data Vault

Follow the pathway out and drop down into the area beneath you. There will be a group of guards walking away from you. Quickly move to the door on your left and use your Data Spike to pick the lock, then enter the room.

There will be a Stormtrooper and a standard guard in this room, positioned well apart from one another. Simply sneak behind them and perform a takedown, then climb the ladder into the next area.

Upon climbing the ladder, you will see an energy barrier impeding your progress. Command Nix to turn the power off to the energy barrier, then move into the room quietly, taking the guard down at the computer. From here, access the computer, then move on to the next area.

Final Stretch To The Data Vault

After accessing the computer, head out of the room and onto the walkway, then drop off the side and into the room directly in front of it. Follow this room into the elevator, then take out the guard in the room it leads to.

From here, take the vent to the left and follow it out to where two Stormtroopers are. Stun the one in front of the door with your Blaster, then stealthily take down the one in front of the crates. Look to the left of where this guard was to see a series of blocks you can climb and follow them up.

Once on top of the scaffolding, there will be another Stormtrooper across from you. Use your Blaster to stun them, and then use your grappling hook to get across the gap. Then, make your way to the door and use your Data Spike to open it, finally giving you access to the Data Vault. Y🅰♉ou did it!

False Flag Quest Walkthrough: Meeting Bosnok

Now that you're finally in the Data Vault, you can Sabotage the Debt Records, which will trigger a cutscene, introducing you to Bosnok, an... interesting character. Here, you will be presented with an option to frame the Crimson Dawn or the Pyke Syndicate.

You will gain Negative Reputation for the Faction you decide to frame, but will receive Positive Reputation for the Faction you side with, so choose wisely. The bump in Reputation will be quite substantial in either direction, so ensure you make a choice you're comfortable 🌸with.

Freeing Bosnok

After making your choice, you will lower Bosnok onto a sled and will have to make your way over to him. To do this, exit the Data Vault and takedown the Stormtrooper outside the door.

From here, sneak to the right, wrap around the front of the room you were just in, and drop down from the platform. This will give you a straight shot to Bosnok. Once you make it to him, activate his sled and follow it forward!

False Flag Quest Walkthrough: Escort Bosnok

Follow Bosnok's sled until it gets blocked by an energy barrier, then head into the room just to the right of the sled. Once inside, access the computer to lower the energy barrier, then exit via the opposite side from which you entered. From here, head to the left of Bosnok's sled, then follow it past the guards and into the next area.

Continue Escorting Bosnok

Once here, Bosnok's sled will get stuck again, having you enter another room, this time with a lone guard inside. Take them down quietly, then access the computer to accidentally lower Bosnok into the area below. Use your grappling hook to rappel down into the room beneath you, then take the vent to find Bosnok.

Guards will begin surrounding Bosnok, and you will have no option but to go loud here. So, pull your Blaster out and start picking them off. More guards will flood out from the doors, eliminate them quickly before they can sound the alarm on the wall.

After dispatching the guards, follow the path forward to find a generator on the wall to the far left, across from the enormous chasm in the room. Destroy the generator, then take the vent into the next area. There will be a Stormtrooper standing outside of a door. Stun him with your Blaster, then enter the room.

There will be three guards in this room. Send Nix after the guard directly in front of you and use your Blaster to stun the Stormtrooper on the far end of the room, then finish off the guard Nix is attacking. From here, just sneak behind the other guard near the front of the room and take them down. Then, access the computer to continue the quest.

Reach The Trailblazer

From here, you will need to quickly make it to the Trailblazer to get off the Imperial Fuel Station, follow the pathway forward, and use your Data Spike to open the main doors leading to your ship.

Once the doors are open, get ready to fight, as there will be many Stormtroopers and guards here. Begin popping them off while waiting for Bosnok's sled to approach the ship. There will be waves upon waves of enemies; just take cover and p𓆉op up occasionally to pick them of🌃f.

As soon as Bosnok's sled is near, the rear ramp of the Trailblazer will lower, run up it to trigger a cutscene, having you flee the Imperial Fuel Station!

False Flag Quest Walkthrough: Escape The Station

After escaping the Imperial Fuel Station, you will be pursued by the Starfighters. Head toward the Debris Field to lose most of them, then pick off the remaining ones.

From here, fly over to the Imperial Comms and hold Y/Triangle near it to clear your Wanted Status, getting the Imperials off your trail for good. With the Imperials gone, fly back to Mirogana and speak with Gorak to conclude the mission!
