13 Iden Versio – Battlefro💝nt 2 (20𝔍17)

Iden Veriso stands seriously in her Imperial uniform

The second of the newer Battlefront games gave us a campaign that focused on the Empire and showed that, despite their evil rulers, there are good people within the Empire. That fact is demonstrated through its campaign's protagonist, Iden Versio.

Versio is an elite soldier and TIE fighter pilot, whom you can also use in multiplayer. She struggles with her allegiances over the course of the campaign and eventually must make a difficult🍨 decision. While redemption arcs are a bit overdone in Star Wars, it is accomplished in a grounded way with Versio as she grapples with her loyalty to the Empire and her morals.

12 🐎 Terisa Kerrill – Squadrons

Terisa Kerill in her uniform in Star Wars Squadrons

Star Wars: Squadrons has some rather unique personalities, despite🅘 its emphasis on ships. Terisa Kerrill, an Imperial pilot and the leader of Titan Squadron, is one such example. Unlike Iden Versio, her loyalty to the Empire is unbreakable aඣs they helped her escape a life as a starving orphan on Coruscant.

Betrayed by her former mentor Lindon Javes, who defected to the New Republic's side, she is bent on taking down her former mentor and upholding the ideals of the Empire. Though this seems to open the way to a rather bland and ruthless villain, she actually begins to rely on Titan Squadron as the game progresses, showing her the value of teamwork.

11 🍸 𒐪Goto a.k.a. G0-T0 – Knights Of The Old Republic 2

G0-T0 floats in the hallway of the Ebon Hawk while talking to HK-47

The crime boss Goto a.k.a G0-T0 (his droid's name) is one of the most underrated characters in either KOTOR game. Initially, Goto is merely another crime lord who is in your way, but his reasoning and motivations are far from purely villainous.

In fact, Goto wants to maintain a period of balance in the Republic, rather than allow the Sith to drop it in♍to a period of chaos and anarchy. Once you escape his yacht, destroying it in the process, Goto sends one of his droids, called G0-T0, to explain his plan – and your place in it.

You may choose to help or igno🍃re him completely, but ultimately Goto wants to help the Republic grow and flourishဣ after a devastating period of war with the Mandalorians and the subsequent Jedi Civil War.

10 ꦡ Darth Malgus – The Old Republic

Darth Malgus looking angry and ready to attack.

Set thousands of years before th♏e movies, Star Wars: The Old Republic is the most recent Star Wars MMORPG. The Republic is at war with the Sith Empire and its leaders, including the calm yet ruthless Darth Malgus, who has an equally menacing appearance to match his personality.

Despite this, he actually has some progressive ideas that conflict with those of the Empire he serves. This includes the fact he is not as prejudiced against aliens as others in the Empire. As long as you can help better the Empire in some way, you're okay in his book.

9 🤪 Kreia – Knights Of The Old Republic 2

Though not as revered as its predecessor, Knights of the Old Republic 2 gave us 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:a very compelling story with equally fascinating, nuanced characters. The best of which is Kreia, the mentor of the game's main character (Meetra Surik) who has a unique stance on the Force as a whole.

Unlike others, she sees the Force as something evil that needs to be eliminated and raises some very valid points on why the Force needs to go. It is this that later sees her become an enemy to you, even if she isn't a staunch believer in every aspect of the dark side.

8 ✱ Dash Ren🍷dar – Shadows Of The Empire

Star Wars Shadows Of The Empire. Dash Rendar , IG-88 and The Emperor in the background.

If there was a smuggler to give Han Solo a run for his money, besides Lando, it would be Dash Rendar. He is the main character of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Shadows of the Empire, which was a huge game in scope for the time and easily 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:one of the best Star Wars games of the '90s.

Shadows of the Empire is the only time we really see Dash Rendar, which is a shame because his cocky attitude really grows on you as the game progresses. His missions are so crucial to the Rebel Alliance, that it's hard not to feel like Dash is the most important character we rarely hear about, despite his story running parallel to Luke and Han's.

7 Delta Squad – Republic Command𓆏o 🍒

Delta Squad's 07, 40, and 52 prepare to drop out of a Republic ship for their mission in Star Wars: Republic Commando.

Delta Squad is made up of four elite clone troopers who are formally known by their numbers, though each number is said individually. Affectionately, Fixer (40), Sev (07), and Scorch (62) are your squadmates, and you're "Boss", a.k.a RC-1138. If you've played Republic Commando, then their voices are surely ringing in your head as you read their names.

In this Tom Clancy-style tactical FPS, you and your squad move as a unit and always have each other's backs; true brothers-in-arms. Each member's personality shines in balance with another, from Fixer's by-the-book attitude to Scorch's unique sense of humor. Imagine the perfect Star Wars buddy-cop movie with four buddies instead of two; that's Republic Commando in a nutshell.

6 HK-47 – Kni♏ghts Of The Old Republic

HK-47 shoots a power blast in KOTOR

One reason Knights of the Old Republic is so fondly remembered is due to the wonderful companions you share the journey with. The one that stands out the most though is the loyal, bloodthirsty assasওsin that leans toward the d♍ark side – the droid known as HK-47.

With a penchant for violence and a habit of calling organics "meatbags", HK-47 will command your attention with every snide remark and his humorous quips. He is an effective party member as he is perhaps th𝓀e best long-range ally in the game, not to mention the cool design that sets him apart.

5 Kyle Katarn – Dark Fo💜rces And Jedi Knight Series 🌱

Star Wars Kyle Katarn holding two weapons on the left while swinging his lightsaber on the right

Making his first appearance in the Doom-esque Dark Forces, Kyle Katarn is a mercenary who prefers to shoot first as he takes on the Empire. He surprisingly returns for the Jedi Knight series wielding a lightsaber♌ instead of his signature blaster rifle.

What makes Kyle Katarn so interesting is he develops as a person over the course of the four games, as his experiences change him for the better. It would be fair to say that he is, in a lot of ways, the Luke Skywalker of the games since he goes through a similar journey of his ownꦚ.

4 Starkiller – The Force Unleashed ꧒

Galen Marek aka Starkiller holds a blue lightsaber while wearing his hood up.

If there is one completely overpowered warrior in the Star Wars universe besides Darth Vader, then it would be his secret apprentice, Starkiller. Also known as Galen Marek, Starkiller was taken by Darth Vader as a child after he noticed Marek's Force-sensitivity. Given the codename of Starkiller, he would become Vader's personal assassin as he hunts down the last remaining Jedi.

However, after Vader betrays him, he begins gathering support alongside Princess Leia's adopted father, Bail Organa, to form a resistance. He saves his allies from execution at the hands of Emperor Palpatine at the cost of his own life. This sacrifice would not be in vain as his death would be the spark needed to begin the Rebel Alliance. The seq🅺uel kind of🍸 unnecessarily complicated the character, but the less said about that, the better.
