Sonic celebrated Batman Day over the weekend by sharing a short in which Shadow The Hedgehog cosplayed as The Dark Knight. Turns out that unique way to wish one of the world's most famous superheroes a happy birthday wasn't all there is to Sega's work with DC. Announced during Tuesday's Sonic Central, there will be a whole Sonic x DC comic book run in 2025, ꦅand the first merch🅘 tied to the crossover has already appeared at Target.
The crossover turns various characters from the Sonic games into different members of the Justice League. Shadow is Batman, Sonic is The Flash, Tails is Cyborg, Knuckles is Superman, Amy is Wonder Woman, and Silver is Green Lantern. I'm sure every character will be getting their own merch lines from action figures to 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Funko Pops eventually, but for now, Shadow Batman is the only character to have received Sonic x DC merchandise.

That makes sense not only because Shadow's DC crossover was revealed a few days before all the others, but also because Sega continues to push the character during what has been dubbed the Year of Shadow. The first Sonic x DC merch is a Shadow Batman t-shirt, the crossover character featured on the front with his cape wrapped around him. There's a yellow box around Shadow, a Batman logo at his feet, and yellow 🌱writing that reads "From the shadows" and "Chaos Controller" printed on either side of the box.

The t-shirt is available now for $17.99 from Target, and if y🌳ou've yet to see what all of the Sonic characters look like as members of The Justice League, you can check out their designs . It's surprising how well all of the characters fit with each of their corresponding heroes. More about the story being told, w🌊hich will be penned by Sonic comics writer Ian Flynn, will be revealed when the first issue in the five-part run is released in March 2025.

A part of Sonic's crossover with DC, Shadow the Hedgehog as Batman was the first of the transformed Justice League members to get his own merch. The Chaos Controller t-shirt features the hedgehog version of the Dark Knight with his cape wrapped around him and a Batman logo underneath.
The Sonic Central might have been short, but it featured a lot of information. The Super Shadow vs. Biolizard set is based on a famous boss fight from Sonic Adventure 2.
