Summary
- Support Gods in Smite 2 prop up allies, offering tanking, healing, and utility.
- Geb tanks with less damage taken, shield allies, and CCs enemies effectively, making him difficult to defeat.
- Athena, Aphrodite, and others provide offensive support, healing, disruption, and utility in unique ways for strategic advantage.
Support Gods are a team in Smite 2's best friends. They're there not for their own glory,ꩲ but to prop up their allies, helping them become the best possible versions of themselves. They might 😼all accomplish this in different ways, but that's the gist of the role.
Some Gods do this by effectively acting as Tanks, while others might fulfill a more Healer-style role. Some defy that classification entirely, but still get the job done in💫 a more unique way. Rest assured, all the Gods on this list are capable of being extremely effective partners, in the right hands.
7 Geb
The God Of Earth
168澳洲幸运5开奖🐓网:Geb is certainly more of a tank-style char🐼acter, capable of taking significantly less damage than other characters would from the same attacks. Geb cannot take more than 20 percent of his health in damage from any one attack, making h♌im very difficult to take down with big burst damage.
Geb is also capable of tempora♑rily shielding♎ himself or an ally with extra health. Combined with his multiple abilities that can stun or knock enemies into the air, Geb has a lot of tanking utility and can make life difficult for the enemy.
6 Athena
The Goddess Of Wisdom
Athena is very offensive-minded Support character, capable of becoming the central focus of the nearby enemies, but also of dealinꩲg some meaningful damage to them in the process. She's one of few🐻 characters who can actually Taunt characters, forcing minions to attack her instead of another target.
Athena can also deal damage from range with more regularity than most melee-focuse🅰d characters. Her Dash is a great movement utility, and her ability to Te꧟leport to an ally that needs aid anywhere on the map can ensure enemies have a difficult time gaining any meaningful advantage in a fight.
5 Aphrodite
The Goddess Of Beauty
Aphrodite treats the Support class very differently from the two previous characters on this list, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:focused more on healing and buffing allies on tanking damage. She's capable of fully linking to a teammate with her Soul Mate effect, mak🍎ing for a pair that have increased effectiveness throughout the match.

Deadlock Vs. Smite 2: Which Game Is Bet𒉰ter?
Both Deadlꦯock and Smite 2 shift the usual Moba perspective, but which one should you play𝓰?
But Aphrodite can also do quite a bit of disrupting enemies, as well, capable of slowing and pushing them around. Many of her abilities are multipurpose, and have a positive effect for allies, like providing healing over time, and a negative effect for♔ enemies, like dealing increased damage to them.
4 Cabrakan
The Destroyer Of Mountains
Cabrakan is back to the much heavier, difficult-to-put-down168澳洲幸运5开奖网: tank-style of Gods. Like Geb, he takes reduced damage; the effect is a bit less pronounced on Cabrakan, but it does affect allies inside of a 4.8-meter radius as well, making him a goꦺod companion for a melee Carry God alongside him.
That passive doubles as a damage bonus as well, making Cabrakan (and his ally) more powerful for sticking in the fight, rather than dipping in and out of it. Cabrakan also has the rare ability to restore some of his own mana, alongside his ability to heal himself. The mana restoration alone will do a lot for helping him stay in the🍌 fight, which synergizes with his passive ability very well.
3 Sobek
The God Of The Nile
Sobek has a ton of utility for a Tank-style Support character, ranging from the abil𒀰ity to protect himself, the ability to heal himself, and a surprising amount of damag🏅e. This makes him a really versatile Support, and he doesn't have to rely entirely on his Carry to do all the damage. If the Carry can get enemies low, Sobek will have an easy time taking them down the rest of the way.
Sobek is particularly deadly against enemies at low health. His ultimate ability allows him to execute enemies ൲who are low on health, and doing so restores a sizable portion of his health. He can also toss enemies behind him, making it difficult for them to escape, and allowing you to throw them into range of a Tower or Phoenix.
2 Hecate
The Goddess Of Sorcery
Hecate is a very good defensive Support character, making ⛦for a great bend-but-don't-break kind of backbone. Hecate can create a zone that regenerates health and mana for her and allies around defensive structures, making her a very good Support character when enemies are attacking your Tower.
Hecate can also provide a shield for herself or allies, which can make a big difference when someone gets into trouble. Aside from that, she can force enemies into different positions by dealing damage to wide areas, helping her team push forward with consistency🐓. This ability to force enemies into or out of certain areas is invaluable for players with quite a bit of experience.
1 Bacchus
The God Of Wine
Being the God of Wine, Bacchus is at his best with a little bit of wine in him. His main ability has a very low cost, increases his Drunk meter, and heals him. The higher the meter, the more effect certain ab🎶ilities g💯ain.
Keeping Bacchus at a high Drunk level makes him much more effective, generally giving enemies different debuffs with his abilities, like slowing t🎶hem or stunning them. Other times, these abilities will also buff Bacchus, like giving him extra S🦩trength and Intelligence.
