Traveling To Ancestor Glade

Ancestor Glade can be found near Falkreath. Fol🎃low your waypoint marker from this location until you arrive at the glade. If you are struggling to find Ancestor Glade, you can find a step-by-step walkthrough below.

1. Fast travel to Falkreath, and then proceed out the eastern road.
2. On this road, you will come to an intersection. Take the northeastern path, which leads to Pinewatch.
3. Pinewatch is a bandit outpost, with a small mountain path nearby marked with stones. Head up this mountain path until you come to a small bandit camp.
4. From this camp, head right up a path until the ground turns to snow.
5. At the end of this path, you will be met with a rock wall, with a pile of rocks to the left.
6. Go past this rock pile and head right until you come across another rock pile with an attached flag.
7. Follow the path with flagged rocks until you reach the entrance of Ancestor Glade.
8. The entrance of the glade can be found in a cave, to the left of the path that you are on.

Once you make it here, enter the cave and head into the cavern. When your first enter, there will be no enemies that you need to deal with, so you can take your time and look around. The caves leading to Ancestor Glade are fairly straightforward; just follow the designated path until you arrive in a lush cavern filled with trees.

Find A Moth Priest's Knife

Within Ancestor Glade, you will need to find a Moth Priest's draw knife. This can be found at the center of the glade, laying on a circular stone. A draw knife is a saw-shaped tool used in woodworking to shave pieces of wood and in this 🦋case; tree bark.

Take this draw knife and collect bark from a nearby tree. Doing so will allow you to collect swarms of moths. Collecting the moth swarms is simple, just explore around the glade and walk through the moth swarms. After seven swarmﷺs have been collected, head to the beam of light in the glade.

Reading The Elder Scrolls

In the beam of light, you will read all three Elder Scrolls that you have on hand. Your quest will instruct you to read the Blood Elder Scroll, but upon doing so, all three will be read. After reading the scrolls, a vision of Auriel's Bow will be presented to you, and then your vision will white out. Although this is the location of the bow, you will not need to remember it. Once this quest is complete, a waypoint will lead you there.

Speaking With Serana
