Though some people would say it's a basic, boring choice, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:the warrior class in Skyrim is nothing to sneeze at. There's a surprising amount of personalization that can go into the class and plenty of opportunities to show off your talents. Even if you want to join a group like168澳洲幸运5开奖网: the Dark Brotherhood or 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:the College of Winterhold, you can finꦉd a way to m🌄ake your mastery of weapons and heavy armor work to your advantage.
To truly get the most out of your warrior playthrough, though, we recommend checking out some mods. Skyrim has been out forever (or so it feels, sometimes), and lots of creators have had a chance to post their best designs online. The best part? They're all free for you to enjoy!
6 Auto Unequip Shield To Back 🔴 ꦇ
We thought we'd start off with something simple, clean, and practical. In vanilla Skyrim, if you have a shield equipped, you can always see it on your arm. While weapons return to their sheaths, there's no equivalent for shields, so they linger. If this has ever🍒 bothered youꦑ, you can stop unequipping your shield every time you leave a dungeon!
The Auto Unequip Shield to Back mod lets the Dragonborn put a shield on their back so that it isn't always in their hand. You'll be so grateful that you don't have to deal with the corner of your shield popping up in your field of vision anymore! As an added bonus, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:it works on followers, too.
5 Smithing Perks Overhaul 🉐
Plenty of warrior players choose to focus time and energy on crafting the best possible armors and weapons for themselves at a forge. This is certainly a noble pu♍rsuit, but the system can feel unbalanced at times. For example, if you use heavy armor, you might be forced to put a point into a Smithing perk that applies to light armor, ﷽just because it also applies to the particular weapon type you use.
The Smithing Perks Overhaul ultimately rebalances Smithing and provides a much better experience for players. You can see all the changes detailed in the mod's description, but it essentially does away with redundancies inherent in the original Smithing process. It also gives you the option of using a slightly modified version of the vanilla Smithing tree, or a completely rebuilt one.
4 ♔Practical Female Armor
Like so many games, Skyrim falls into the trap of unnecessarily sexualizing the female characters. One armor set looks totally normal on a man, but, on a woman, it's suddenly barely more than a bikini. To be fair, not all the gear is like this, but even armor sets that fully cover female models have insane details, like pre-molded breasts on a chest plate. Bras are expensive enough to be custom-made for each woman's size; we can't imagine how much it would cost to custom-fit a hunk of metal to a woman's bust.
Thankfully, one modder came to the rescue. The Practical Female Armors mod (formerly called Less Sexy Armor Redux), adjusts some of the worst offenders to be less revealing and impractical. There's a full list of the armors that have been changed in the mod's description.
3 🃏 Dual Wield Parrying Reimplementat🏅ion
In vanilla Skyrim, you can only use the Block, Parry, and Bash mechanics if you have a Shield equipped. It's strange, because we could have sworn that we saw plenty of characters in film, movies, and other video games block or parry with their regular weapons!
One creator has heard your cries of confusion! They made a simple mod that allows you to Block, Parry, and/or Bash even if you have a weapon, spell, or dual weapons equipped. It wo🌠rks with a keyboard and mouse or a controller.
The creator of this mod also re🌟commends the mod, since they use it themselves with the dual wielding.
2 Bandolier
Have you ever been pillaging a dungeon and suddenly found you couldn't carry so much as another Sweet Roll? Who are we kidding - we know you have! Carry weight is one of the only mechanics keeping you from looting the entire world of Skyrim and selling it to the next merchant on the road. Warriors will probably have a lot of stamina, making their carry weight higher, but sometimes it's still not enough.
For help with this predicament, turn to the Bandolier mod. It adds bags and pouches to the game that, when equipped, increase your carry weight significantly. You can choose small bandoliers for minimal extra space, or large ones for more! It might look a little silly for the Dragonborn to be carrying around a glorified fanny pack, but you'll have the last laugh when you're the richest person in Skyrim.
1 Im🌄mersive Weapons
As a warrior, you're going to spend a lot of time holding on to some huge hunk of metal. After a while, it gets really boring to look at slightly different variations of the exact same sword model. The primary objective of the Immersive Weapons mod is to give you more variety. It adds a whopping 230 new weapons and 21 new weapon archetypes to the game! The new weapons are distributed naturally throughout Skyrim in leveled loot lists, sold at vendors, displayed in dungeons, etc., so you'll come across them as you go.
There are a few other perks to know about, too. You'll start to see dual-wielding opponents in the world, for one. Plus, you can now break down your weapons at a smelter to recycle the🥂 components (very eco-friendly, we must say).
