Not everyone in Skyrim can make it big slaying dragons and raiding tombs. Some people make a regular, honest living through trade. One of these trades is mining. Unfortunately, the hazards of Skyrim ca🅠n put a stop to mining operations. Draugr, bandits, spiders, and politics can all bring industry to a grinding halt.

Luckily for them, there are adventurers like the Dragonborn, who are happy to stroll in and take care of the problem. Doing so can yield🉐 some fairly impre💞ssive rewards, as mines are useful property for a good reason. Ore and gold can come very easily when you have some miners on your side.

10 𒅌 Embershard Mine

One of the earliest mines you're likely to run into on your Skyrim journey is the Embershard Mine. It sits just off the road between Helgen and Riverwood and is a great place to pick up some extra cash before heading to Whiterun.

Bandits have taken over the place, and a ౠfew lurk inside, though they are positioned in places that make most easy enough to sneak up on. A little way in is a l🃏arge chest in a locked room, along with the spell tome for Clairvoyance, which can be grabbed without getting through the gate.

9 Bilegulch Mi💟ne

Right at the border of The Reach and Falkreath holds, you can find Bilegulch Mine. Your approach is not likely to warrant a warm welcome. The mine, and the surrounding fort, have been taken over by orc bandits. Plowing through these hostile individuals ends with the Chief, who is holed up in the mine itself. Once clear, the place becomes a 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:great place for smithing orc weapons.

The mine has numerous orichalcum vein🍷s, and the fort at the top has a full set of smithing tools that will be free to utilize𒁃 with the bandits taken care of.

8 Sanuarach Mine 💞

On walking into the village of Karthwasten, you can see a disagreement taking place. This is between Ainethach, a Reach native who owns the local Sanuarach Mine, and a group of mercenaries hired by the Silver-Bloods. The mercenaries refuse to let anyone mine, supposedly 🦋as some means to protect the area from Forsworn. Ainethach is pretty sure it is simply the Silver-Bloods trying to strong-arm him into selling up.

You can go in and convince the merceꦦnaries to pack up and leave, or you🅺 can get rid of them in a much less subtle way. Alternatively, you can persuade the owner to sell up. Whichever way you go about it, you can pick up a decent gold reward for your troubles.

7 ꦆ Lost Prospect Mine 🅘

Not far from the Black-B🌞riar Lodge, you can find Lost Prospect Mine, a small shaft seemingly deserted of activity. There you can find a journal from a man named Hadrir, lamenting the failure 𓆏of the mining venture. He also notes that his associate Bern has apparently left.

There are a few short shafts and a waterfall. The🦩 use of Whirlwind Sprint, or some creative jumping, can allow the Dragonborn onto the top of the waterfall. Following the stream back will lead to a small passage, and eventually, what apꦓpears to be the skeleton of Bern, surrounded by gold ore veins. It appears he found exactly what they were looking for.

6 Raven Rock Mine ꩲ

A little off the main square of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Solstheim's capital Raven Rock, you can find the abandoned ebony mine. On the first entry, you're likely to hear two people having a disagreement there. This is Crescius Caerellius and his wife Aphia. Crescius wants to descend into the mine. His grandfather died there, and he is convinced that the East Empire Company covered up the reason. Going down in his stead will soon reveal he was completely right.

The shaft breaks into an ancient barrow, where the strange, unique weapon, The Bloodskal Blade, can be discoﷺvered. This sword🏅 releases a wave of energy through the air on a charged attack.

5 Kolskeggr Mine ও

This place is best approached after paying a visit to the nearby Left Hand Mine. There you will find Pavo Attius and Gat ꦡgro-Shargakh, the only survivors after a band of Forsworn attacked Kolskeggr Mine.

Speaking to Pavo will lead him to ask you to expel the intruders in the 𓆉most decisive way possible. In the mine itself, you can find a band of Forsworn, led by a Briarheart. This can sometimes be a difficult fight, but it is൲ possible to sneak around and take out the Forsworn individually to avoid being swamped. Pavo will be delighted by the outcome and give you a reward.

4 Soljund's Sinkhole

A short walk from the Old Hroldan Inn is Soljund's Sinkhole, a mine with a bit of a draugr problem. According to Perth, one of the miners accidentally dug into an old Nordic crypt, and the tunnels became flooded with angry draugr. Fortunately for them, you can offer to clear out their mine.

After getting through the initial shafts, it is possible to find the drop into the tomb itself. On entering, there will be a few traps, and at the end, a powerful draugr, along with a statue that will pelt fire at you. Once the boss draugr and all his minions are taken care of, you can return to Perth for some gold. Don't forget the chest in the tomb, too.

3 ꦍ Gloombound Mine

One of the few ebony mines in Skyrim proper, Gloombound mine is attached to the orc stronghold of Narzulbur. If you are an orc or have aided an orc sufficiently to get the statu♐s of blood-kin, then you will be able to enter and wander around freely. If y𒐪ou are neither of these, you may have to sneak in to avoid upsetting the locals.

As an ebony mine, there are plent༺y of veins of the valuable mineral scattered arou🎐nd, waiting to be mined. It is not without its dangers, however. Some floors will collapse into tunnels below. More pressingly, there are areas where the air seems to wobble. This is a flammable gas and may ignite if you use a torch of fire magic. Take care.

2 Northwind Mine ♓ 🅰

Northwind Mine can be found on the edge of The Rift, near Shor's Stone. It is a small mine abandoned by miners, though not wholly unoccupied. The place is full of wandering skeletons who will attack on sight but are not too difficult to deal with.

Making your way through will lead up to Northwind Summit, where you can find more skeletons, a big chest, and a Word Wall for Aura Whisper. If you don't feel like taking on the mine part, it's possible to drop on the summit from the world map with a bit of careful jumping.

1 Cidhna Mine 🌊

Of all the mines in Skyrim, Cidhna Mine is a little unusual because you're not likely to visit willingly. Run by the Silverblood family, it functions as both 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Markarth's silver mine and its prison. Convicts are thrown into the bottom and expected to provide ore in exchange for food. If you get too closely involved in some of the city's shady dealings, you may be thrown down there and have all your belongings taken away.

Escape from the mine by either befriending or killing Forsworn King Madenach, also imprisoned inside. Either option will reward you with unique items, an enchanted Forsworn set from Madenach or a barter-increa✃sing ring from the Silver-Bloods fo𒉰r dealing with their problem.
