Sea of Stars is an RPG with a hefty call back to the turn-based games of yesteryear, complete w❀ith stunning pixel-art aesthetic. Follow Valere and Zale, the Children of the Solstice, as they battle a terrifying alchemist and his monstrous cꦉreations.
For $44.99, a physical copy of Sea of Stars with everything that comes with the iam8bit exclusive edition seems pretty great. Unlike the retail edition though, the exclusive edition doesn't currently have a firm release date. Just♏ a vague Q2 2024 window, although it seems likely its release date will line up with the retail edition, or at least be released at roughly the same time.
Quite a few big games released in 2023 didn't get physical versions, although it's great to see some of those examples being rectified to kick off 2024. Not just Sea of Stars, but Baldur💞's Gate 3 which will get a similar physical release that comes with other goodies this year.
