As you progress through the game, you'll unಞlock a variety of transportation options. One of the first you can get is the Tractor, a humble but reliable vehicle that is essential for explo🌟ration. Below, we'll take a look at how to unlock, fuel, and automate the Tractor.

How To Unlock The Tractor

The player unlocking the readying materials for the Vehicular Transport Milestone at the HUB Terminal.

The Tractor is unlocked after completing the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Tier 3 Milestone Vehicular Transport. To unlock this MIlestone, you'll first need to complete 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Phase 1 of the Space Elevator, then provide the following mate𝕴rials to the HUB's terminal.

  • 25 Modular Frame
  • 100 Rotor
  • 200 Cable
  • 400 Iron Plate

Once you've delivered these materials, the Milestone will be completed, and the Tractor will be available to craft. Now, open the build menu, select Transport, then select the Tractor. To build one, you'll need 5 Modular Frames, 5 Rotors, and 10 Reinforced Iron Plates.

How To Use The Tractor

The Tractor parked at a Truck Station, unloading materials to a nearby factory.

Once you've built your Tractor, you'll need to fuel it. The Tractor takes any kind of fuel, so you can use whatever you have on hand like Biomass or Coal. The top speed of the Tractor is 69km/h, and the type of fuel provided only dictates how quickly it burns, not how fast the Tractor goes.

The Tractor also comes with a built-in crafting bench and inventory, so you can craft items and store them directly from the Tractor. This is located at the back of the vehicle, and this is also where you put in the fuel.

Additionally, the Tractor's driving path can be automated. To do this, press Q to open the Record Menu, then start recording a path. To fully automate the path, the start and end points need to be the same.

Once you're done recording the path, open the menu again and select stop recording. Now, turn on automated driving and your Tractor will drive in the loop you created for as long as it has fuel.

On its own, there's no real reason to use the automated driving system. However, this is where the Truck Station comes in. At a Truck Station, you can automatically load and unload resources from a vehicle that passes through. By creating an♉ automated path through two different Truck Stations, you can transfer materials from one location to another without using Conveyor Belts.

The method for doing this is the same as when creating an automated path, just be sure to drive through and briefly stop at the loading area of each Truck Station. Ad♏ditionally, you'll want to make sure to provide fuel at the stations so that the Tractor will stay fueled up while driving.

Truck Stations have two outputs and three inputs, with the input on the far left being for fuel.
