There's a big gap between the cave๊'s ledge and where you'll be standing. From there, you'll have to use the Windstep spell and jump to reach the cave. Use the axe to cut down the thorns, and you'll find the restless ghost inside the cave, alongside a chest.

Fourth Ghost

Remembrance Shrine in Runescape: Dragonwilds.

After interacting with all the ghosts, head to the temple where you spawned after starting the game in the Temple Woods area. As you approach the remembrance shrine, you can remember the names of each ghost that you have encountered to complete the quest.

Make 🌃sure you have at least four empty slots in your inventory, otherwise, you won't be able to complete the quest.

The remembrance shrine will simply tell you that you'll need four empty slots to receive your reward, but every time you access it again, it will show the dialogue for recalling the restles🐎s spirits, without any names under it, as you have already remembered each restless ghost.
