Once you reach the pie box, the jump to the shelf will be the most challenging part of this quest, where most people struggle. Here, you should get near the edge of the box and jump, which will allow you to reach the shelf.

As you walk on the fridge, you can find a table on the left side of the fridge where the Caviar is located between two plants. Try to land on the table without missing it to avoid falling on the floor; you can do this by walking off the fridge and allowing yourself to fall onto the table, so there's no need to jump.
