The Desolate Deep is a hidden underwater area filled with rare fish and hidden dangers. It's perfect for players ready to explore the darker depths of the ocean in Fisch on Roblox. Reaching 🍌this area requires some preparation; you’ll need some diving gear to withsta🐷nd the depths of the ocean.

Two types of diving gear are available, each giving you more swimming stamiꦍna. Along your journey into the Desolate Deep, you will encounter branching paths, a couple of merchants, and deadly sea mines. Venturing into this area isn’t for ꦯthe faint of heart, but those who navigate carefully will locate the Desolate Pocket and the secrets it holds.

How To Get To The Desolate Deep

Before venturing into the Desolate Deep, you’ll need to buy some diving gear. This is crucial; you cannot survive the depth of the Desolate Deep without it, and you don't want to needlessly lose any money by getting Wasted in-gaꦯme. There are two main options depending on your b⛎udget and exploration needs: Basic Diving Gear and Advanced Diving Gear.

Buy Some Diving Gear

Near the Shipwright on Moosewood, you'll see a trio of wooden barrels/crates, and a blue set of Basic Diving Gear. You can buy this Basic Diving Gear for 3,000C$.

This equipment will allow you to reach the depths of the Desolate Deep; however, it doesn't give you as much swimming stamina as the Advanced Diving Gear does. It's still enough to get you to the cave 🦂ღin Desolate Deep or up to the Desolate Pocket.

The Basic Diving Gear is ideal for players who are going into the Desolate Deep for the first time or those who want to explore on a budget.

The Advanced Diving Gear is available in two places: The on-surface entrance to the Desolat❀e Deep, and inside the Desolaꦦte Deep.

To purchase the Advanced Diving Gear before your trip down to the Desolate Deep, sail to the red buoy located directly above the Desolate Deep entrance at coordinates (-800, 130, -3100).

Here, the Advanced Diving Gear is available for 15,000C$. This high-tier equipment makes exploring the depths of the area more m🔜anageable and provides a better experience for those tackling the Desolate Deep’s moꦐst dangerous areas.

Basic Bait Crates are available in the Desolate Deep for 120C$, so you don't have to stock ⛎up on bait before you travel.

Finding Your Way To the Desolate Deep

Once you have your diving gear, make your way to the red buoy at the provided coordinates (-800, 130, -3100) or simply put your diving gear on and start swimming straight down from the red buoy.

• Sail past the Statue of Sovereignty on its right side.
• You'll see a small rock a little past the Statue on your right.
• Keep sailing, and you'll quickly come across a tall rock on your left.
• As you pass the tall rock, sail slightly towards the left and continue forward until you reach the coordinates. If you don't see a red buoy, you're in the wrong place.
• Now you can equip your diving gear and swim down from the red buoy. Keep swimming down as far as you can, you'll reach the ocean floor and see a white sign.

It takes some time to reach the bottom, but as long as you're in the same circular area, you're going in the right direction. The warning sign serves as a landmark for the entrance to both Desolate Deep and the Desolate Pocket.

Do not touch or swim into the Sea Mines that you will see across the Desolate Deep area. They will detonate on contact, and you'll find yourself respawning in Moosewood with a lighter walletꦑ.

Go To the Desolate Deep Or The Desolate Pocket

If you swim to the left of the warning sign, you'll be able to go through the tunnels that lead to the main Desolate Deep cave. This area has a Merchant, items for sale, and you 🌸can fish in the same water that you come up from to get to the area.

If you swim to the right of the warning sign, you'll eventually reach the Desolate Pocket. Swimming to the Des𒐪olate Pocket using the Basic Diving Gear is a risk - but you'll just about🅺 make it.

There is another Merchant in the Desolate Pocket, as well as other items that you can buy, and a much bigger fishing area. You can also choose to try and navigate across the rocks to reach the Desolate Brine Pool.

How To Get To The Desolate Brine Pool

To get to the Desolate Brine Pool, you’ll need the Glider. Thankfully, you can buy a Glider from the Merchant in the Desolate Pocket for 900C$. The Glider allows you to cross difficult terrain and reach otherwise inaccessible spots by jumping and gliding a﷽cross ledges. Be sure to practice using it a few times to get comfortable with the controls.

After equipping the Glider, head down to Clarence (the NPC holding the lantern and looking out towards t🍎he rocks).

Start climbing the rocks that Clarence is facing coordinates (-1685, -235, -3085). As you climb, 🌠you’ll come across two wide ledges - use your Glider to jump and glide across each one, as falling here can result in a lengthy return tr💎ip.

To glide, jump, and activate the Glider while in midair.

When you're across both ledges, continue to jump up the remaining distance and you'll reach the cave entrance.

Once at the top, you’ll go walk into a winding passage. Follow the path until you reach the Desolate Brine Pool. The caves are dark and twisty, so stay alert and♚ take your time moving through this section to avoid backtracking.

Do not go into the green water. You will automatically die.

Now that you've found the Desolate Brine Pool, you'll be able to get to the Aurora Totem and start the Aurora Event. However, the Aurora Totem costs 500,000C$, so it's not something you're going to be able to buy li꧂ghtly.

If you have the funds, you can find the Aurora Totem by going into a hidden passage before you go through the entrance to the Desolate Brine Pool.

It's such a sneaky entrance; you have to angle your avatar and go in sideways to get through the gap. Getting out is more of a challenge, but just keep moving around until your character is sideways again and you'll be able to sꦫlip out f𒁃rom between the cave walls.

Once you activate the Aurora Totem, you will enhance your fishing experience across the entire map. The Totem increases your chance of catching mythical fish by 500 percent.

Usually, Mythical fish can only be caught by using a Mythical Rod, which costs 110,000C$ from the Traveling Merchant. The rod increases your chance of catching a Mythical fish by 30 percent.
