The sci-fi sequel goes bigger, but is it better?

With four major resources you'll be collecting throughout Revenge of the Savage Planet, you'd be wise to keep a little bit of everything on hand. If you're hoping to fabricate everything there is to make in 🦄Revenge of the Savage Planet, here are a few tips.

How To Collect All Resources

There are four primary resources you'll need to pay attention to collecting 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:in Revenge of the Savage Planet, all of which will be essential to fabricating all kinds of important tools and upgrades throughout the game. These are Carbon, Aluminium, Silicon, and Printer Slurry, and you've got a few ways to collect them a༺s you explore every plan♋et.

  • Printer Slurry is what you'll need to fabricate new or upgraded items in the 3D printers. It's the green spool of thread first on the list of resources in your Journal menu.
  • Aluminium is represented by its actual atomic structure in a way with the teal X-shaped molecule icon.
  • Carbon is the blue V-shaped molecule icon just beside it.
  • Finally is Silicon, the triangular yellow molecule, the rarest of the elements for the most part.

Anytime you use the 3D printer, you'll need to use a Printer Slurry and a pre-set number of elemental resources, which you can check on both the 3D printer menu and the Character screen in your Journal. Since later upgrades can require quite a few materials, you'd be wise to collect resources as you go instead of backtracking to stock up later on wh♉en you need to make something.

Keep An Eye Out For Ore Veins

One of the most immediate ways to earn a payout of resources is to look for ores of Carbon, Aluminium, and Silicon as you explore the various planets. You're introduced to them fairly early on in the game, when Eko shows you around after you've gotten 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:the Zoot Jump Thrusters, y🍸our first major goal after crash-l♎anding on Stellaris Prime.

These ore veins appear as gray rocks with colored gem-like interiors, and while you can scan them into the Kindex (where they're logged into the Resources tab), the easiest way is just to keep your eyes peeled as you explore the worlds on each planet. Look for hidden areas as well, like behind waterfalls or around odd corners, since they may just be hiding a good selection of ore veins to 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:reward you for exploring.

Using your whip to break ore veins brings the ores dire𒁃ctly back to you! Using your gun, you'll need to go collet them physꦡically.

Fight Everything

As you traverse the planets trying to reassemble the Javelin, you're going to come across quite a few different monsters along the way. Not to be confused with the creatures you can take home and adore as pets of sorts, defeating enemies offers Carbon in large quantities. You'll need to m♑ake use of your environment and assorted tool upgrades if you're diving into combat - scan enemies and read their Kindex entrie🐻s for tips on how to fight them.

Carbon is the most common resource, and you'll find this to be true when you notice that killing enemies and creatures drops Carbon molecules that you can cl𒆙aim. You need to actually return to the scene of the🌟 death and grab your loot, but it's worth it.

Hunt Down Every Printer Slurry

Finally, with Printer Slurry a critical component of making new upgrades or weapons in your 3D printers back at the Habitat, it's important to keep an eye out for Printer Slurry in each area yo༒u enter - you can see how many each area has in total when you highlight the region on 🌟your Journal's map page.

The same green icon appears on your map, so head to that location and prepare to either win a fight or solve a puzzle to claim your prize. These will often be in out-of-the-way locations, often at great heights or requiring y💃ou to navigate a difficult section of terrain, but since you'll want as many u🌸pgrades as you can get, it's wise to grab them whenever you're nearby. If you don't have time when you find it or can't reach it for one reason or another, the icon remains on your map for later.

Collect Your Lost Loot Crates

Anytime you die while out exploring the worlds, you'll drop a good number of the elemental resources you'd been carrying, but thankfully, these don't disappear forever! When you die in Revenge of the Savage Planet, you'll leave behind items where you died, and these will be marked on both your map on the Journal page and on your compass at the top of the screen.

The first time this happens, it triggers a quest in your Journal cal♊led "I Take That Back," showcasing how many of each item you lost and highlighting the spot where you died. You'll respawn back at the Habitat with the loot box marked each time, so it's usually worth it to go back and get your stuff.
