How To Unlock The Jelly Burst Bonanza Challenge
Throughout the game, Slappi, trying his best to hide his identity, will offer you challenge missions for you to complete. There are four of these in total, with each challenge coming with four sub-challenges to complete. These are incredibly important to complete, however, as they unlock later upgrades for all of your tools and abilities.
The Jelly Burst Bonanza challenge is part of the final set of challenges, and as such is a bit more complex than many that comes before it. To complete it, you need to defeat 10 Mitoslimes all at the same time. Thereabouts, anyway. Don't worꦆry though, this is more of a puzzle than an act🍎ual challenge.
How To Complete The Jelly Burst Bonanza Challenge
Mitoslimes can be found on just about every planet in the game, but they are most plentifully found on Stellaris Prime, the very first planet. You w🍬ill often find two or three together at a time, though rarely if ever more than that. So then how are we meant to make ten of them? By shooting them, obviousl🌜y.
Mitoslimes can only be defeated by elements of other powerful attacks. Not shots from your blaster. So if you shoot them, they'll just divide and get even smaller. So just💙 do this enough 🍰times to produce ten of them.
Be careful though, as once a Mitoslime is small enough it can be defeated with just a single shot from the blaster.
Now that you have all ten or more of them, how exactly are you meant to defeat them all at the same time? There are a few options for this, though the easiest is also the most fun. With some Lava Goo loaded up, just lob some onto the green goo trails the Mitoslimes leave behind. The fire will trail along the whole thing and defeat every single slime attached to it all at once. Just be mind♎ful of all the explosions.
You can also use your own Green Goo if you have it to connected separ🐼ate trails for🍌 even more explosive fun.
If you don't have any Lava Goo to hand, you can also spray all the small Mitoslimes with the regular Water Hose. With them all being so small, they should burst ♕immediately. Despite the game saying to defeat them all at the same time, you have two or three seconds of grace for them all to be defeated. This one will be a bit tighter on time though, so the Lava Goo is absolutely the better option.
