Whatever the case, they undoubtedly sound like the actors, but Cap🅠com hasꦬ been known to cast the same people in multiple roles, so don't get your hopes up yet.
Take Nicole Tompkins, ie Jill Valentine, who returned in Village as Daniela Dimitrescu and Elena Lupu. Neil Newbon meanwhile starred as Nikolai Zinoviev and Karl Heisenberg, two different villains. Yuri Lowenthal also appeared across the series numerous times, voicing Finn Macauley and Neil Fisher. It's so common that there's dedicated to actors who have multiple roles. So, maybe they're the same actors, but different characters.
