Best Demons For The Abihiko And Nagasunehiko Battle

With the two demon brothers weak to opposing elements, you'll need to plan your battle strategy a bit more carefully, since there's nothing to be gained by wasting time lobbing the wrong element at the wrong brother during this Raidou Remastered: The My𝓰stery of the Soulless Army boss battle. Abihiko is weak to Cryo magic, making Frost Order demons a must, while Nagasunehiko is weak to Pyro magic instead, requiring Pyro Order demons as well.

The danger with this is that the brothers can use elemental damage as well, rendering your Frost and Pyro Order demons vulnerable to attack during this battle as well. Gouto will often remind you to "protect your demons" when major attacks are incoming, and with the brothers combining to pack one heck of a punch once they reach a certain HP threshold, it's important to have demons with good Magic and Vitality stats.

Abihiko before he and Nagasunehiko attack in Raidou Remastered The Mystery of the Soulless Army.

You can subvert this problem a bit by having Raidou use Frost Sigil and Pyro Sigil in the Sword Skills menu, skills you learned in the first chapter of 🌠the game and ꦇcan consistently make use of to try and negate damage sustained by demons with conflicting weaknesses in battles.

Finally, it's always helpful to have a demon that's got healing magic in your tubes, especially when going into boss battles. The brothers themselves are manageable, but their joint move can cause some real dama🍨ge. Status ailments aren't as big a threat here as outright losing your HP, so be sure to have healing items and demons that can heal mid-battle, just in case.

How To Defeat Nagasunehiko And Abihiko

Nagasunehiko getting excited to battle in Raidou Remastered The Mystery of the Soulless Army.

When the battle begins, be sure you've got demons of the Frost and Pyro order out in battle, since you'll need to work on exploiting each brother's elemental weakness to stagger him for an easier time in combat. Abihiko and Nagasunehiko are two large, powerful foes, so even the strongest demons may have their work cut out for them. Since they can each use powerful magic, you'll need to be prepared to strike their fire and ice weaknesses, making it a point to hit the right brother.

If you're not relying on Raidou's Summoner Skills for the elemental damage you need for this battle, you'll want to offer commands to demons to make sure they're hitting the right brother for their damage type. Since they resist the element to which the other brother is weak, with Abihiko resisting fire damage and Nagasunehiko less bothered by ice, it's for the best if you don't waste MAG attacking the wrong brother.

When both brothers are still on the field, they'll periodically join into one powerful spinning move called Amatobi. This will be preceded by a short dialog, so you'll always know when it's coming before you watch the brothers hold one another and spin wildly across the whole battlefield, slowly but surely zeroing in on Raidou.

When this happens, you'll need to do everything in your power to both run and dive out of the path of Amatobi, since this move deals Almighty damage, which cannot be blocked like normal elements.

Abihiko calling to use Amatobiin Raidou Remastered The Mystery of the Soulless Army.

The range on Amatobi starts relatively wide and easy to dive to avoid, but the longer it goes, the smaller the circles become around Raidou, making it much more likely you'll sustain damage. You can't hit the brothers while they're performing Amatobi, so it's best to go entirely on the defensive during this attack, calling your demons back to you for their safety and doing everything you can to wait ou🐭t the time on their attack. Once they've finished, the brothers separate again, and the battle continues as it 🧸just had.

Continue the pattern of inflicting elemental magic damage to crit the brothers and stagger them to follow up with powerful sword combos, keeping an eye out for Devil's Bane to be ready as well♉.

Though you'll need to defeat both brothers to finish this tough boss battle in Raidou Remastered: The Mystery of the Soulless Army, it may be best to try to attack both brothers about the same amount throughout the fight.

Abihiko obtaining his brother's powers upon death in Raidou Remastered The Mystery of the Soulless Army.

Should one of them go down before the other, the last brother left alive inherits the dead brother's abilities to ramp up the difficulty of the final stage of the battle. You'll hear a short speech about needing to avenge 🍸his brother from the remaining sibling, who will then become vastly more offensive than the pair had been previously.

While the remaining brother does inherit the other brother's magical abilities in terms of offense, he'll still be weak to the same element he had been previously. For example, if y𒊎ou take Nagasunehiko out first, Abihiko will obtain Nagasunehiko's ice magic and mind moves, but he'll still be weak to Pyro Order moves, and he can no longer perform Amatobi by himself, either.

The remaining brother will give it his all, so to reduce the amount of time you need to spend fighting one super-charged sibling, try to slay the two brothers as close to one another as you can, trying your best to deal an even spread of damage. The chapter ends once you've finished the fight, so save Kaya Daidouiji and save your game ꧙before 😼diving into episode six.
