If you want to upgrade your weapons or amulets in the game, you'll first have to reach Kaheva The Blacksmith. Once you finish the initial set o✱f dialogues with her, she'll appear as a vendor on your map. You can enter ⭕her shop screen by interacting with her and pressing the Buy button.
On this screen, you'll see a button to switch to the Upgrade section on the top. Head over to this section and you can upgrade your Swords, Bow, Chakram, and all your amulets.
