As you'd expect frꦆom a Metroidvania, has a ton of different secrets for the player to uncover as they explore Mount Qaf, from hidden areas like the🏅 Ghost Ship to helpful powerups like Athra Surges.
One of the most surprising things you can discover on your adventure is a range of new outfits for Sargon which, while not offering any kind of stat upgrade or gameplay benefit, do help freshen up his 🗹look and give you a nice break in between all of the time-bending puzzles and challeng𝓰ing boss battles.
Updated on January 31, 2024, by Yezua Ho: To help you make Sargon look his best and have all the options he needs, we've included a full video guide here for you to follow, if there's still a few outfits you haven't grabbed yet.

Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown Re🍌view - A Worthy Heir To The Two Thrones
Pri⛦nce of Persia: The Lost Crown might tell a disappointing story, but it's also got some of the series' best platforming, combat, and puzzles.
Including pre-order bonuses, Ubisoft Connect rewards, and the costumes that can be found by exploring the map, there are a total of ten different skins in Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown.💝 Some of them are a little tough to find, but we'll walk you through every step of the way and help Sargon be his most𓆉 fashionable self.
Default
As the name implies, Sargon's default skin is unlocked from the moment you start Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown, so you don't need to do anything special to find it. You'll be stuck with this look un🤪til you find an🌳other, though, so you might as well get used to it.
Sargon's default skin actually changes as you make your way through The Lo🌳st Crown's ♈main quest, gaining new scars and battle damage as the story continues.
Radiant
This skin gives Sargon darker hair, darker skin, and some white tattoos on his left shoulder alongside some yellow and white trousers. You'll need to have unlocked the Shadow of the Simurgh Time Power to get this new look.
After getting that power, all you need to do is head to the Wak Wak tree in the Lower City pictured above and then dash into the wall on the right to be able to reach the chest sitting on a platform right next to the Wak Wak tree. Doing so will unlock the Radiant outfit for yo💎u, which is lik🦹ely to be the first you unlock in the game.
Crimson
Sargon's Crimson outfi🐬t is probably the least appealing in the game, giving him sickly yellow skin that makes him look like he has jaundice and some admittedly cool red trousers.
Luckily for such a mediocre skin, this one is actually pretty easy to unlock. Head to the section of the map pictured above that's marked with a diamond, right near where you started the game and keep heading to the left. You'll eventually come across a tower that you can climb. Get rid of the enemi𓆏es that are in your way and make it to the top and you'll find the Crimson sk🍰in sitting in a treasure chest.
Coral
This glorious outfit is one of the most unique in the game and gives Sargon grey hair, red salmon-y skin, and some yellow tattoos. Unlocking this nautical-themed skin can only be done when you have the Gravity Wings Time Power, though, so make sure you've got that first.
To get this standout skin for Sargon, you'll need to head to this location marked on the map above in the Sunken Harbor section of the map, which is close to the Pirate Village fast-travel point. When you get to the tower structure, simply use your platforming skills to jump and dash between the hanging platforms until you reach the alcove that's close to the top, which is marked in the screenshot above by a diamond. You'll find the Coral s❀kin waiting for you in a treasꦑure chest.
Rosy
Sargon's Rosy outfit proves that he can rock the surfer look by giving him blonde hair, purple tattoos, and some rather fetching salmon trousers. You'll need to have unlocked the final Time Power, the Fabric of Time, in order to reach this skin, so make sure you've got that first.
Once you've got that power and are nearing the end of the game, head over to the area marked on the map above in the Hyrcanian Forest. When you get past the Wak Wak tree, you'll need to leap forward and dash until you reach a Fabric of Time grapple point. Swing on the grapple points to rꦇeach an abando⭕ned camp that has a treasure chest containing the Rosy outfit.
Lilac
Without a shadow of a doubt, this dark colour palette for Sargon is the hardest outfit to unlock in Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown. First things first, you're going to want to head to the Scrapper who can be found at the bottom of the Lower City lift. Talk to him and buy the Lost Key for 3 Xerxes, and then head back up the elevator.
Buying that Lost Key will have unlocked a secret floor that the elevator would usually have skipped altogether. Go to the right when the elevator stops and make your way over to the pole you can swing off. Swing up to th♏e pole above and use that to reach an empty room that has one of the hardest platforming sections in the whole game.
This challenging gauntlet is two minutes of non-stop platforming that is hard to break down bit by bit, so we've attached a video of a successful run above for you to copy. Just follow my movements as shown above and you'll eventually be able to g𓂃et past this beast of a skill-check and unlock the Lilac skin for Sargon.
Immortal
This outfit gives Sargon a suit of armour similar to the one that the other members of the Immortals wear. To unlock this skin, you'll need to purchase the Deluxe Edition of Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown. There doesn't seem to be another way to unlock this out🌠fit in-game, as it appears to be an exclusive bit of DLC for the Deluxe Edition of the game.
Young Sargon
The Young Sargon skin does what it says on the tin and gives Sargon the outfit he wore before he joined the Immortals, as seen in flashbacks. To get this costume, you'll need to have a Ubisoft Connect account and then purchase it for 100 Ubisoft Connect points.
Exalted
Perhaps the most unique look for Sargon in Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown is the Exalted outfit, which gives our hero glowing blue eyes, tattoos, and highlights in his hair. To unlock this skin, you just need to finish the main campaign, which is made up of nine different quests. Once you♌ return to Mount Qaf, you'll have this skin in your inventory.
Warrior Within
Without a doubt, the most exciting skin in the whole game is the Warrior Within outfit, which makes Sargon look like the unnamed Prince from his most edgy adventure. The only way to get this skin is to pre-order Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown.
