Once you've completed the prerequisites, you have to obtain the Mythical Pecha Berry. To do so, open the Poke Portal menu to connect to the internet, then scroll down to select "Mystery Gift," then "Get Via The Internet," and there should be a Mythical Pecha Berry gift available.
How To Start The Epilogue
After obtaining the Mythical Pecha Berry, you need to fly to Mossui Town and head to Peachy's, the shop owned by the old lady to the right of the Community Center. Go and click on the purple decoration to her left, and you'll trigger a call from Arven that will kickstart the epilogue.
