Once you have captured 200 Pokemon, go to the Savannah biome in the Terarium and talk to Perrin, who will show surprise🍨 but keep her promise, and she will show you a picture hinting at the location of Gouging Fire in Area Zero.

You will find this Paradox Pokemon standing near a radar, on one of the highest platforms on the northern side of Area Zero, which also has a waterfall. To easily see this location, travel to the first spawn point in this area, and use Koraidon or Miraidon to fly forward all across the map until you reach the top of the waterfall.

Once you get there, interact with Gouging Fire to trigger a battle with this Paradox Pokemon. Good Luck!
