You might've seen some sneaky Pokemon hiding in trees in Nintendo's latest 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Pokemon Scarlet and Violet games. While exploring the region of Paldea, you will come 𒆙across all kinds of different Pokemon and other wonderful things, but these tree-dwelling Pokemon will be immediately noticeable.
You might want to ignore them, but you can knock them down and try to catch them. The process is straightforward, and there are two ways to deal with these Pokemon. One of the ways to do this is available to you as soon as you're able to start hurling Pokeballs around, while the other requires a bit more progression.
How To Knock Down Pokemon In Trees With Pokeballs
When you come across a single Pokemon hiding in a tree, you might think they're unreachable. However, you can knock them down, engage in a battle, and attempt to catch them whenever you find one.
Much like in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Pokemon Legends: Arceus, you can aim and throw Pokemon and Pokeballs out in the open world to your heart's content in Scarlet and Violet. You might've guessed it already, but all you need to do is lock onto the Pokemon and throw a Pokeball at it.
To do this, stand by the tree where you've spotted a hiding Pokemon and hold down ZL to enter an aiming mode and lock on to the critter. Once locked on, you should press ZR to throw the Pokeball at it, and this will cause it to fall to ♏the ground and ܫbegin a battle.
How To Knock Down Pokemon In Trees With Koraidon or Miraidon
Sometimes you might come across trees that have multiple Pokemon clinging to them. While you can use the same Pokeball-throwing method mentioned earlier, you can also use your Koraidon (if you're playing Scarlet) or Miraidon (Violet) mount 'Mon to bash into the tree and knock everything down in one move. While it isn't exactly necessary or advised to do it this way, it is certainly quicker.
To use them as a mount, you need to progress through the game to the point where you encounter Koraidon or Miraidon on a beach. During this, you will find Arven, who will eventually give you the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Legendary Pokemon, but you won't be able to ride one until you get to Mesagoza, which is a city in th𒁏e southern part of the map.
While in the city, you'll get a tutorial pop-up that explains how to ride your Pokemon, unlocking the option to do this whenever you like by pressing the Plus button.
Do note, however, that this only unlocks them as rideable mounts, and you won't be able to use them in battle until the very end of the game.
Once you can ride around on your Koraidon or Miraidon, you'll also need to unlock a specific action for them to dash while riding around. This involves progressing Arven's story to the point where you'll be asked to fight a Titan Pokemon called the Stony Cliff Titan in the shape of the adorable crab, Klawf.
With all of that out of the way, you're able to dash your trusty mount into trees and knock any Po♛🔯kemon hiding in there down to the ground.
It is 🎶important to note, however, if you want to only catch one of these tree-dwelling Pokemon, you should opt to knock that one down with a Pokeball.
This is because knocking all of them down with a dash will cause them all to fall, and you don't get to choose which one you will enter into a fight with, which means the one you want might slip away.
