How To Start The Mochi Mayhem Quest

Once you've completed all the main story events for Pokemon Scarlet & Violet and its DLC, you'll be able to access the🌸 Epilogue and start the Mochi Mayhem qu𒀰est.

You have to take a special Mythical Pecha Berry you get as a Mystery Gift to Peachy’s stall in Mossui Town. A call from your old🀅 pal, Arven, is what kic✅ks off the quest.

After going back to your house in Cabo Poco, in the south of Paldea, you’ll meet up with Arven, Nemona, and Penny. While hanging out together, you’ll get a letter from Kieran inviting you and your friends back to Kitakami.

Return To Kitakami With All Your Friends

Head to Mesagoza’s south gate when you are ready to go. After arrivinꦏg, the community center’s caretaker will greet you and make rooms available for your group.

Go to see Kieran, and your friend groups will meet. Carmine pops up out of nowhere with glowing purple eyes, and starts singing and dancing about mochi.

The townspeople say it might be a curse, and you and your group of friends decide to tackle the problem head on…after a party and a good night’s sleep, that is. Once inside the community center, your group needs to find a remote to control the TV to put something on to watch.

The remote is in a tree planter pot on the right side of the room, down a short hallway.

While looking, Nemona seems to have disappeared. You have to go outside to see if you can find her, and this is where the quest takes i♓ts creepy turn.

Battle To Solve The Mochi Mystery

After heading outside, you'll need to go up to two residents of the town to ask if they've seen Nemona. They will be exhibiting the same behavior you saw earlier with Carmine, but these two will then initiate a Pokemon battle with you.

You see Nemona out of the corner of your eye after the battle, before she runs out to the east out of town. Follow Reveler’s Path up to Kitakami Hall to look for her.

You will run into Kieran's Grandpa on the way. Unfortunately, Grandma is also there, and she is possessed. She 𝔉insists Grandpa eat some suspicious purpl𒉰e mochi, and he does.

Battle Grandma Hideko and Grandpa Yukito

Like clockwork, you will now have to defeat Grandma and Grandpa in a Pokemon battle to calm them down.

After Grandpa and Grandma are defeated, you get a call from Arven. You will then need to return to Mossui Town and go to Peachy's stall.

There, a floating purple Pokemon pops up above Peachy’s and throws mochi at your group. Arven and Penny eat it, but you and Kieran are able to avoid it.

Battle Arven And Penny

You need to find a way to calm them down, but it devolves into another Pokemon battle.

Thankfully, you won’t have to fight their entire teams. They will only send out three Pokemon each.

The mysterious Pokemon tries to flee after you defeat Arven and Penny, so Kieran chases after it. Next, you will need to make your way to Loyalty Plaza, where you originally uncovered the Loyal Three.

Nemona Challenges You…Again!

Upon reaching Loyalty Plaza, you will find out that Nemona has gotten there first. The purple mochi-tossing Pokemon, Pecharunt, is there with her.

The entire possessed population of Mossui Town has also followed behind you over to Loyalty Plaza. Kieran will hold off the villagers from getting too close, while you get to focus on battling Nemona one-on-one.

Nemona has a full team of six Pokemon, so feel free to save your game before heading into this Pokemon battle.

Here are the Pokemon you will fight in your battle against Nemona:

The final two Pokemon Nemona sends out are based on who you chose as your own starter.

• If you originally chose Sprigatito, you will fight:
  • Ribombee (Bug / Fairy), which is weak to Fire, Flying, Poison, Rock, and Steel.
  • Quaquaval (Water / Fighting), which is weak to Electric, Fairy, Flying, Grass, and Psychic.

• If you originally chose Fuecoco, you will fight:
  • Milotic (Water), which is weak to Electric and Grass.
  • Meowscarada (Grass / Dark), which is weak to Bug, Fairy, Fire, Fighting, Flying, Ice, and Poison.

• If you originally chose Quaxly, you will fight:
  • Dusknoir (Ghost), which is weak to Dark and Ghost.
  • Skeledirge (Fire / Ghost), which is weak to Dark, Ghost, Ground, Rock, and Water.

Nemona will Terastallize her Partner Pokemon during the battle. Its Tera Type will be its secondary typing, which narrows down 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:which types it will be weak to.

Defeat Pecharunt To Lift The Curse

With Nemoma defeated, your last task will be to defeat the Mythical Pokemon, Pecharunt.

It also has a unique Ability called Poison Puppeteer. With this Ability, Pokemon poisoned by Pecharunt’s moves will also become confused.

Here are the moves Pecharunt will know when you battle it:

If you send out Ogerpon or 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:any of the Loyal Three Pokemon, you will see a small unique interaction because of the connection between Peꦫcharunt and thesꦺe Pokemon.

Keep attacking until you deplete its health completely, and then you will be able to catch Pecharunt. Once you defeat Pecharunt, the Pokemon’s possession over everybody will go away.
