7 𒁏 Scream Tail

Scream Tail shouts as shiny stars burst out of it in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet S&V.

Like its fellow Scarlet exclusives, Scream Tail offers an 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:excellent ancient-themed reimaginatio꧟n of a classic Pokemon: Jigglypuff. Its red eyes give off an intimidating aura, as the once-sweet-looking pink ball embraces its ferocious glow-up. There's something strangely terrifying about the look on its face when it screams that sends shivers down your spine.

Its long signature tail turns a bubblegum shade of pink that sets Scream Tail apart from its non-shiny counterpart, making it easy to pick out of a crowd. There's also something about the shape and shade of the tail that just screams Majin Buu from Dragon Ball Z; this little cotton candy puff toes the line between adorable and frightening.

6 ཧ 𝓰Sandy Shocks

Sandy Shocks screeches with shiny stars bursting out of it in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet S&V.

Sandy Shocks is an odd case, as it seems to follow the same pattern as Violet's chrome-colored shiny Paradox Pokemon, but this Scarlet exclusive mysteriously lives in the past, not the future.

The long magnet legs do give it a very old-fashioned vibe, but you could argue that the metal gives a decidedly futuristic feel. The shiny gets a very dark-themed palette shakeup that is inverse to the change that Violet's Iron Treads underwent.

The black on its magnets combines wonderfully with the golden shade on its body to form an excellent example of a simple change that improves the design dramatically. Sandy Shocks expertly draws upon Magneton's shiny form, but it still begs the question: would this shiny Paradox Pokemon have been more appropriate in Violet?

5 ꦏ Flutter Mane 𓂃

Flutter Mane open its mouth to scream as shiny stars pop out of it in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet S&V.

Flutter Mane has gained immense fame due to a strange glitch that prevents it from spawning during the day in Area Zero.﷽ When combined with a Sparkl💃ing Power sandwich, trainers discovered that only shiny versions would appear as you hunt the dark caves, while regular versions were prevented from spawning.

Aside from its unusual spawning behavior, Flutter Mane stays t🐼rue to its inspiration, Misdreavus, by doing remarkable justice to its shiny palette. It even gains a noticeable white tuft on the crown of its head, which gives it a satisfying asymmetrical look that few shiny Paradox Pokemon could pull off.

4 🎐Brute Bonnet

Brute Bonnet growls as shiny stars sparkle around it in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet S&V.

Brute Bonnet avoided disaster by keeping its green curtain-ℱlike crown across both the regular and shiny editions. Much like Amoonguss, the Poke Ball-themed head and𒁃 arms swap its iconic red for a deep blue that teeters on the edge of purple.

In addition to these expected changes, Brute Bonnet swaps two more colors from its original design – the brown feet turn black while its mouth gains a darker purple shade. These additional alterations tie together to complete a striking dark scheme that is befitting of such a menacing 'mon.

3 ꧒ Great♔ Tusk

A shiny Great Tusk stares stoically forward in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet S&V.

Great Tusk follows Brute Bonnet's example with a similar homage to its inspiration, Donphan, while also receiving a bright color choice for its rocky fins. The previously dark-red fins and feet receive a recolor, making this unexpected color palette pop.

While brown, lime green, white, and teal-gray sound like a messy hodgepodge of colors you'd expect to see in a children's coloring book, somehow, Great Tusk makes them work perfectly in tandem. This shiny Paradox Pokemon might not be for everyone, but you'll certainly notice it before the original's more muted colors.

2 🦩 Roaring Moon ♔

Roaring moon roars as shiny stars glitter around it in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet S&V.

Despite being arguably the most infuriating of al⭕l shiny Paradox Pokemon to acquire, Roaring Moon offers a perfect payoff with wings that emulate the elegance of Ho-Oh. The blue tips of its wings swap to gold, which always offers a satisfying contrast to darker shades.

The blue-to-teal body swap is arguably a downgrade in isolation, but it simply works so much better with the gold that it makes sense Game Freꦰak opted for it. Regardless of how you feel about Ho-Oh or Salamence, Roaring Moon combines colors from both of them that result in an excellent and unexpected amalgamation.

1 🌠 Slither Wing

Shiny Slither Wing rears up as it glitters brightly with shiny stars around it in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet S&V.

Slither Wing is not only one of the best shiny Paradox Pokemon in Scarlet and Violet but also one of the best moth Pokemon in the entire series. It draws on design elements of both Volcarona and its pre-evolution, Larvesta, leaning more into Larvesta's gold-dominant shiny palette.

Both versions keep the white fur on the body, but the shiny pulls a classic Pokemon move by swapping the dominant wing colors with its accents. The gold diamonds on the wings swap to red, with Slither Wing's head also gaining a gold treatment on its eyes and crown that are fitting for such shiny royalty.
