TCG Pocket Will Address The Feedback In Future Updates

In a post shared to Twitter, the official TCG Pocket account affirmed that it has received large amounts of feedback about the trading feature since its la𝐆unch earlier this week, which the company appreciateꦿs.

First and foremost, the restrictions put in place, as well as the item requirements, were implemented "to 🦄prevent abuse," per the statement, including 💞usage of bots or account spoofing.

"Our goal was to balance the game while maintaining a fair environment for all players and preservin🐟g the fun of collecting cards that is core t😼o the Pokémon TCG Pocket experience," the statement read.

Despite that, the coಌmpany recognizes that the guidelines put in place are "preventing players from being able to casually enjoy the feature as intended." Moving forward, TCG Pocket is "actively investigating" ways to improve the core feature, including offering multiple avenues to earning trade tokens, such as via events.

At this moment, it's unclear exactly how soon any changes will come to the game. At the same time, based off the statement, it doesn't sound like trade tokens, a key point of contention, are going away anytime soon. Rather, they'll seemingly be offered more ro𒁃utinely. Ultimately, only time will tell how things are rectified, but, at the very le🐻ast, the company is aware of the negativity surrounding a central feature.
