Summary
- Pokemon is now selling Special Delivery Boxes at the Pokemon Center.
- Each box includes ten officially licensed items, but you won't know what's inside until it arrives.
- The boxes will include two plushes, four booster packs, a figure, a set of pins, card sleeves, and a hat.
After almost 30 years, Pokemon has so much merch that deciding what to buy the next time you want to pick up something officially Pokemon-themed can be tricky. The Pokemon Company appears to be very aware of how hard choosing its merch can be as it has provided a solution - the Special Delivery Box. A box filled with plushes, Pokemon cards, and more, all chosen ♕at random and sent to you in the mail.
Pokemon has clearly struck a chord with its mystery boxes as within hours of them appearing on the Pokemon Center website, and word starting to spread, the boxes have sold out. Although there hasn't been any confirmation from Pokemon on what exactly the plan is for these boxes, it seems unlikely there was only one batch, particularly when all Pokemon needs to do is put together a few more boxes and fill them with whatever it has lying around𝓀.

Every Single ♛Partner Pokemon (And Mew) Has Been Turned Into A Clip-On Plush
That's a total o🅷f 29 Po💜kemon to kick off the new collection.
That's not exactly how it works. There's a checklist of items included in every single Special Delivery Box - two plushes, four TCG booster packs, a figure, a set of pins, a hat, and a set of 65 card sleeves. Pokemon has provided images of what might be included, thoug𝔉h it's unclear if the mysteries awaiting you inside are limited to the items pictured. The store page says anything currently or recently in stock at the Pokemon Center might be included in th😼e box, so that's a pretty wide pool to choose from.

I've Got My Eye On Those Tatsugiri Plushes
It's also unclear if every box contains the same items, or if they will differ from one box to the next. Important information you'd think Pokemon would want customers to know as if each box is random, people might be tempted to buy more than one. The boxes are $49.99 each, which is a pretty good deal when you total the individual prices of everything included. The plushes and the booster packs alone would likely cost you more than that if you were to buy the six items seꦫparately.

Pokemon Special Delivery Box
Pokemon's Special Delivery Boxes are boxes filled with various merch from the Pokemon Center, but you won't know what you're getting until the boxes arrive. All that's guaranteed is there will be two plushes, four booster packs, a set of pins, a hat, a set of card sleeves, and a figure.
The first batch of Special Delivery Boxes are expected to ship in early November, so it will likely be another month u🎉ntil we start to find out if all of the boxes are unique or if Pokemon put the same stuff in all of them. A date being included in the listing also points to Pokemon not adding more later on, though it's worth checking the link in the box above to check if they have been restocked. Between them selling out in a matter of hours and Pokemon potentially being able to use them to get rid of stock that isn't selling, it feels silly to not carry on and make these boxes a regularly restocked item.
