A Pokemon Minigame Collection Like WarioWare Was Reportedly Cancelled

Details of this title were , who has been one of the biggest sources of the recent Pokemon leaks in g♌eneral. In a new tweet posted to their Twitter account, they share four minigames from this title, all of which look to be very fast-paced yet extremely simple. The first has players stop a rapidly filling and emptying bar at the right level so a giant Machoke has enough power to crack the moon.

A second game has players simply moving lillypads around to find a hiding Poliwag. The third game sh𒈔ared has players presumably tapping their screens when a Great Ball meets the hand of an outstretched arm, while the final minigame has players timing their swing with a baseball bat to get a home run with a Poke Ball flying towards them. They're all very simple, just like WarioWare, and we can probably surmise that these ๊minigames were meant to be played back to back in rapid succession.

Centro Leaks claims that this minigame collection was ultimately cancelled, though a reason why was not given. We can briefly see a massive cylinder in one of the videos, wﷺhich would have presumably acted as a minigame selection screen of sorts, so maybe Game Freak struggled to come out with enough minigames that were different enough to warrant a full game? We'll never know for sure, but it's yet another piece of Pokemon history for the books.
