These core exchanges can be found in the "General" tab, but make a note of every tab:
- Event
- BP
- Music
- Gear
- Monthly
- Legendary Adventures
- General
- Old Items
The two most important tabs are "Event" and "Monthly," as they eacཧh should have some of the more sought-after items in the game.
The Event tab will include a𒅌ll currently running story modes and extreme battles for you to play during their limited duration.
In the Event Exchanges, you can usually find helpful items like five-star power-ups, Move Candy Coins, and level-up drinks.
Replay the stages using Skip Tickets and amass as much of the Event currency as po൲ssible to take part in the exchanges.
The Monthly tab is where you can acquire a limited number of special power-up items like five-star power-ups and Move Candies every month.
You can exchange up to 20 three-star into four-star power-ups and 20 four-star power-ups for their five-star versions every month.
The rest of the exchanges are more situational but still prov🐻ide essent🦹ial uses.
The Music tab will unlock additional background music to choose from using your Music Coins earned daily.

Legendary Adventures is where you can exchange legendary-specific power-ups for general power-ups if you so choose.
Lastly, the Old Items tab is for exchanging now-defunct items that were once essential but are no longer used. You can acquire plenty of level-up items in exchange for these uselesꩲs items.
Which Items To Prioritize
Without a doubt, the most important items to acquire via exchange are the four types of Move Candy Coins: Striker, Tech, Support, and General.
Item To Prioritize |
Reason |
Striker Candy Coin (Red) |
Exchange 20 for a Striker Candy. Raises a Striker's Move Level by one rank. |
Tech Candy Coin (Green) |
Exchange 20 for a Tech Candy. Raises a Tech's Move Level by one rank. |
Support Candy Coin (Blue) |
Exchange 20 for a Support Candy. Raises a Support's Move Level by one rank. |
General Candy Coin (Yellow) |
Exchange 20 for a General Candy. Raises any Sync Pair's Move Level by one rank. |
While you cannot farm these items by grinding an event, you will earn Candy Coins over time tꦇhrough various events and even just for signing in regularly.
Aside from these time-gated rewards, you'll also want to make careful use of the power-up exchanges.
If you are new, you should hang on to every type of power-up you get and not focus on exchanging just yet.
Ideally, you can exchange three and four-star power-ups once your roster has been powered up past these levels.
Of course, you can forego powering up your three and four-star Sync Pairs, but they can be immensely useful investments for the future.
If efficiency is your concern, then ensure you co꧒nsistently play the current events every day, as the Event Tab frequently rotates.
You should aim to acquire every item from the Event Exchange shops that you can, as once they are gone, you cannot acquire those items until the event re-runs.
