Ultra Beasts made their 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Pokemon Go debut this season, the Season of Light, appearing in Five-Star Raids across the globe. Proving 🔯to be 🍃difficult opponents, Ultra Beasts rival the strength of other powerful Legendary Pokemon found in Raids of this tier.
Buzzwole is one of these Ultra Beasts brought to Pokemon Go, only obtainable through the successful completion of Five-Star Raids that it vacates. We have put together a complete guide for this challenging Raid Pokemon, including information like Buzzwole's specific weaknesses and counters.
Recommended Group Size
As mentioned previously, Buzzwole can only be found in Five-Star Raids, the home of battles with some of Pokemon Go's most powerful Pokemon. It's important to note that Ultra Beasts, including Buzzwole, present less of a challenge to defeat compared to some of the more powerful Raid Pokemon in Pokemon Go.
With that in mind, you can expect to successfully complete this Raid with a group of two to five Trainers. That being said, the members of your group will need to be using strong Buzzwole counters to en꧑sure your success with this Raid encounter, otherwise you 🐽will need to group up with more players.
Buzzwole: Strengths And Weaknesses
Buzzwole possesses several strengths and weaknesses due to its Bug and Fighting Dual-typing, proving to be a lot to take into account when preparing for this battle. There is a lot that Buzzwole is resistant to, including Fighting, Ground, Bug, Grass, and Dark-type attacks, so it's best to refrain from using any Pokemon of these five types.
Luckily, Buzzwole also has a decent amount of weaknesses, being weak to Fire, Psychic, and Fairy-type attacks, and it is double-weak to Flying-type attacks. To maximize your chances of success in this Raid encounter, it is recommended that you put together a Raid team consisting of solely Flying-type Pokemon for this Raid if possible.
For this battle, as well as any others, try to use moves that match the type of the Pokemon using them, further increasing the dam✱age that any move deals to an opponent.
In the Pokemon world, this mechanic is known as Same Type Attack Bonus, more commonly referred to as STAB.
Buzzwole: Best Counter Picks
Due to the bonus damage of attacks that are double-effective in battle, it is best if you are using Pokemon with powerful Flying-type attacks. Ke🙈eping this in mind, we have put together a list of the best Flying-type Buzzwole counters, in addition to strong Fire, Psychic, and Fairy-type counters that also perform very well in this Raid.
Each of the following Pokemon are top-tier Buzzwole counters, giving you the highest chances of defeating this Raid Pokemon in battle. That being said, using these specific Pokemon is not essential, as you can still successfully complete this Raid if you are using other powerful Flying, Fighting, Fire, Psychic, and Fairy-type Pokemon.
