With a lot of mobile games on the go already, and another one on the way in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Pokemon Champions, the last thing we were expecting 🍒was for a brand new one to be shadow dropped today during the Pokemon Presents. That's exactly what happened though, as not only has the new mobile game Pokemon Friends been revealed, but you can download and play it right now.
Pokemon Friends is available on iOS, Android, and 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Nintendo Switch🉐 and should be available now, or at the very least later today, for free on mobile with additional paid content, and for $9.99 on Switch with paid DLC. The goal of the game is to co෴mplete puzzles to earn yarn, and that yarn can then be used to create in-game plushes.

You can now have a sleeping Quaxly sleeping next to you while you try toꦯ find a sleeping Quaxly in Pokemon Sleep.
The puzzles will be updated every day to make sure those interested in building up a virtual plush collection keep going back. The short tr🌠ailer revealing the game showed some of the plushes you'll be able to collect, including Pikachu, Snorlax, and Sprigatito. I imagine, much like every other Pokemon game which tasks you with catching 'em all, Pokemon will be rolled out gradually, although the appearance of Sprigatito at launch suggests this won't be a region-by-region situation.
Pokemon Friends has been revealed and you can start playing right now
You'll have to pay for the privilege if you want to play it on Switch, though
Rather than simply unlock plushes as you complete puzzles and progress through the game, you'll earn yarn that can then be spun into plushes using a special Poke Ball-shaped machine. The speed at which you complete the puzzles will dictate how much yarn you get, and the ✃type of yarn you use will determine the Pokemon plush that pops out at the end.
Even though Pokemon Friends is free-to-start on mobile, , and that's not the worst of it. If you want access to more puzzles than are available in the base game, you'll need to pay more for the DLC packs than you did for the game. There are currently two packs available, . Or you can buy the bundle which includes both for $25.99.
There are 30 puzzles and 70 plushes in the base pack. However, it seems that both new puzzle𒉰s and additional plushes will be locked behind the DLC based on the wording of the packs' store descriptions. It doesn't look like you will be able to earn those DLC plushes through play alone, although it's unclear whether that will be the case or not in the mobile version.
