168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Bloodborne fans have been begging for more Bloodborne since Bloodborne first Bloodborned. 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:FromSoftware's action-RPG was hailed as a masterpiece when it first landed on the PS4 back in 2015, but over a decade later, they're still waiting for a sequel, a remaster, a PC port – anything. It seems like the game's legion of fans on 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:PlayStation m𒆙ay be waiting a little longer, as FromSoftware has created a very Bloodborne-looking console exclusive… that isn't Bloodborne and isn't coming to PlayStation.
The Duskbloods(borne)
168澳洲幸运5开奖网:The Duskbloods, which got a reveal trailer during this week's 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Nintendo Switch 2 Direct, looks a lot like Bloodborne with the serial numbers filed off. It has towering Gothic architecture. It has Lovecraftian monsters (primarily an evil moon with oozy black 🔯tentacles hovering in the sky). It has extremely pale heroes and dark vibes. It has blood blood-red light shining on heavy clouds. It has boss fights inside of cathedrals with cavernous ceilings. It has vampires. It has guns. It has lamplight. It has wrought iron fences. It has monsters in dank, brick-bound sewers. It has chandeliers filled with candles. It has narrow city streets and bridges. And it ends on a shot of a giant rat.

FromSoftware Sold Me On The PS5, And Now They've Sold Me On The Switch 2
Marks all o𒉰ver the shop, you’ll bꦜe one sooner or later.
All of that stuff would be right at home in Bloodborne and will have Blood🌄borne fans salivating when it launches in 2026. But, comparing The Duskbloods to Bloodborne obscures how strange The Duskbloods looks. Bloodborne is great, but people didn't transform into T-rexes and eat their enemies in Bloodborne, so there are clearly some big differenceꦇs here.
Duskbloods Seems Like More Than A Bloodborne Riff
There are some other significant changes. Trains seem to play a sizable role in The Duskbloods, a𒐪s we get a shot of one (that kind of looks like Isaac Clarke's helmet from Dead Space) traveling down the tracks that run through the city. There's another shot of a character walking through a train station late💧r on. Electricity seems to be in use, as there are red lights shining on the tracks.
It also appears that FromSoft is going back to pick over the meat it left on Sekiro's bones,🦩 incorporating katanas and platforming. One shot shows a character looking out over the city from a clif𒊎f above it, then jumping down. That also highlights the game's apparent Elden Ring influence, which is evident in the emphasis on the wilderness surrounding the city. There seems to be a forest on the cliffs around the unnamed metropolis at the trailer's center, and I'm here for seeing what that entails.
The trailer aꦑlso shows off multiple characters in what seems to be an evolution that fuses classic FromSoft multiplayer (like Bloodborne) with new FromSoft multiplayer (like Elden Ring Nightreign). The .
For now, it remains to be seen whether this will play like the FromSoft of yesteryear or the FromSoft of today. And it's worth noting that its more chimeric, combining disparate aspects of previous games𝓀 and new iꦅdeas we've never seen, than the Bloodborne comparison suggests. But, what are you gonna do? This thing looks a whole lot like Bloodborne, and that's the prime reason I can't wait to play it next year.
