If the Pro has been delayed, it shouldn't come as too much of a surprise. We've heard nothing official about it so far, which made a sudden release in September or late 2024 a little unlikely. It's also worth considering that PlayStation is having a very quiet year so far, and likely doesn't feel the need to release the Pro alongside something like Astro Bot when it could hold off for bigger exclusives in 2025.
For now, though, that's all just guesswork as PlayStation hasn't even officially confirmed that the console is happening, let alone hinted at its impending announcement or release. We'll have to wait and see what gets revealed in the coming months, but don't hold your breath for the PS5 Pro launching in 2024.
