Red Jealousy Seed Location
This first seed can be found in the Staff-Only area by the entrance to the palace. Once you get a keycard from the shadow as part of the dungeon-crawling story, you gain access to the locked door to your left as you exit the saferoom in the area. We've got a map with it marked for you above.
It’s a pretty straight shot to the red Will Seed from here. Run through the door you unlocked to the left of the saferoom, and turn right. Hop onto the machinery in front of you, and leap across to the other one you can see from there.
Jump down into this next room, head toward the enormous window being mindful of shadows, and turn left at the window.
Turn right the next time you’re able to, and you’ll see the Will Seed door behind a set of bars. Thankfully, you can disarm it now, so swipe your keycard at the terminal to the right of the door to raise the bars and claim the Will Seed.
Green Jealousy Seed Location
Niijima’s green Will Seed can be found in the Slot Room, which you get into from the Members' Floor Lobby. If you're looking at your map, the door to it looks like it's right beside the safe room in the area.
Turn right in this room to go down this hall, being mindful of the shadow along your way. Go up the stairs and turn left at the top, and make your way down this hall toward the end.
Look right at the end of the hall and jump down from this ledge as Mona tells you he’s sensing something. You land on some lockers, but you’ll want to hop down and jump up onto the one to the left of it, then drop onto the other side of that.
Climb onto the safe in front of you here and look up to find a grappling spot. Take a right, then a left, and you’ll see the door for the green Wiಞll🐟 Seed right ahead.
Blue Jealousy Seed Location
Getting to Niijima’s blue Will Seed is easy enough to get when you're able, however, you need to leave the dungeon and come back for it after making some story progress.
Don’t worry about missing Niijima's blue Will Seed your first time through the casino – you’ll b🐓e back after some real-world action, and you can get her blue 🐟Will Seed after that.
The final Will Seed is in the High Limit Lobby. If you leave from the safe room there, enable your focus and head to the right, where you’ll see a few white !s that tell you that you’re able to climb.
Get up these first two small platforms, then look for a grapple spot that’s above and behind you when you get onto this platform.
This brings you to the top of the elevator, where you’ll need to go left and hop down onto the brown platform directly above the saferoom you just came from. Go to the right to be able to climb up onto the brown platform above, then run all the way to the end of it, where you’ll find a vent.
Climb through the vent to find the final Will Seed, which is, as always, guarded by a strong shadow, Reviled Dictator.
It’s not a hard fight, but the enemy will do a large amount of wind and physical damage, as well as cut down your defense with Rakunda. The Dictator has a good amount of HP, but it’s weak to nuclear attacks, so hit hard and꧋ fast with those to 𝔍whittle down its HP.
Once you’ve defeated the Reviled Dictator, go through the door to claim the blue Will Seed for Niijima’s palace. It’ll fuse with the other seeds to give you the Crystal of Envy, which offers the user the Masukukaja skill automatically to increase their accuracy and eva✨sion for three turns.
