Best Party Composition

Persona 3 Reload Party Fighting Obsessive Sand

While Obsessive Sand is resistant to all elements, it's still worth bringing party members like Mitsuru, who can inflict freeze onto the shadow. Bring Yukari to be your healer, but leave Koromaru at the entrance. His weakness to light will make him an easy target.

Phsyical Skills will take priority however, so consider adding Akihiko and Aigis to the party. Your Personas can supplement the coverage in your party, allowing you to fill in any gaps or act as support.

♋Junpei is a great addition to the team thanks to his Physical skills!

Other than that, any characters will work well. If they have their Theurgy skills available, it's worth adding them. You'll want characters that can buff attack, debuff defense and accuracy, and deal plenty of damage in one turn.

How To Beat Obsessive Sand

To beat Obsessive Sand, you'll need to spend your first few turns buffing and debuffing. With access to Diarahan, Obsessive Hand will fully restore its own HP once it gets too low, undoing all your hard work.

Instead, focus on increasing your attack and lowering Obsessive Sand's defense. Then, go all out with your attack once you're ready. Your best chance to trigger an All-Out Attack is to get a critical hit, so use skills like Revolution to increase the chances.

If you can inflict Freeze, a standard melee attack will knock them down.

Once Obsessive Sand is defeated, you can move on to the ⭕next floor.
