How To Unlock The Fortune Arcana Link
Starting on 6/17, you'll overhear that the art club has an open space. You can head down to the first floor laboratory hallway to find the classroom with art plastered on the doors. When you enter, you'll meet Keisuke Hiraga.
You'll also re😼cognize your teammate Fuuka Yamꦗagishi, who is also in the club.
Joining the art club is enough to unlock the Social Link for the Fortune Arcana. From there, you'll be able to deepen your relationship with Keisuke by going to art club Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
However, like many of the other students at Gekkoukan High School, he is not available the week prior to exams.
