Best Team Composition

Tome of Atrophy Persona 3 Reload

You'll want to bring Junpei and Yukari, who will be essential. Aigis is a great member to bring as well. Junpei has access to fire abilities like Agi, so he can knock down the Tome of Atrophy with ease. You'll want Yukari to use Patra and/or Me Patra to quickly remove any statuses from your party membe🧸rs.

For your own Personas, you'll want one that can deal fire damage as well, though one that's resistant to Physical Skills (specifically Strike) will do well. If you don't have a persona to fit the bill, you can assume the support role or use items you've stockpiled.

How To Defeat Deviant Convict And Tome Of Atrophy

To defeat these gatekeepers, you'll want to prioritize taking out the Tome of Atrophy first. This shadow will continue to debuff the party, making you much more vulnerable to Deviant Convict's attacks.

Focus on removing this obstacle before Deviant Convict has a chance to unleash Herculean Strike. Once the shadow has charged up, it's already too late. You'll need to act quickly or be ready to start the battle over.

When in doubt, you can use an Attack Mirror on the protagonist. This will reflect the Herculean Strike, keeping you alive and dealing immense damage back to the Deviant Convict.

It's game over if the prot🌳agonist reaches zero HP, so prioritize🅰 your own health over your teammates.
