How To Unlock The Emperor Social Link
To unlock the Emperor Social Link, you'll need to first join the student council.
On April 27, Mitsuru will invite you to join the student council, thanks to your leadership abilities.
You won't be required to attend every student council meeting, and you can come as you please.
That being said, you won't be part of the student council yet after speaking with Mitsuru.
You'll first need to head to the faculty room and speak with Ms. Toriumi to sign some thin🌠gs that will make your membership on t♕he student council official.
The faculty room is on the west wing of the first floor of Gekkoukan High School.
Once you speak to Ms. Toriumi and sign the documents, you can enter the student council room on the second floor of Gekkoukan High School to introduce yourself to the other members.
Once you meet the student council, a bond will be formed, and you'll unlock the Emperor Social Link.
Emperor Social Link Overview
The Social Link you can form with Odagiri is of the Emperor Arcana.
As you interact with Odagiri, you'll be able to earn bonuses from preferred responses when you have a Persona of the Emperor Arcana with you. You'll also enjoy bonuses when you fuse Emperor Personas, thanks to this Social Link.
You can fuse or summon Personas of the Emperor Arcana in the Velvet Room before you meet up with Odagiri.
To grow your Social Link with Odagiri, you need to participate in student council meetings. You can enter the student council room on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, except the days before exams. The student council also does not meet on holidays.
There's a calendar next to your bed where you see all the events for the month. Holidays are marked in red. You can also pay attention to student conversations and to your peers to find out when there's an upcoming holiday.
The Best Social Link Answers For Odagiri At Each Rank
To grow your relationship with Odagiri, you'll need to meet with him at the student council meetings. Whenever you meet the student council, you'll gain a +1 to your Emperor Social Link.
There are also various responses that you can give in your conversations with him that will garner additional points for your Social Link if he likes the resp🍒onse you ꦅchose.
You can gain a higher bonus when you have an Emperor Persona with you. You can gain up to a maximum of +3 points for your Social L𒆙ink when y𒅌ou give favorable responses.
While having an Emperor Persona while building your Social Link with Odagiri is helpful, it's not required to max out the Social Link's rank.

That being said, it's worth prioritizing meeting him over the ones w♛ho invite you out during holidays.
Emperor Social Link Rank 10 Reward
The highest rank your Social Link with Odagiri can reach is rank 10. Once you reach the highest rank, Odagiri will show you his appreciation for being a g꧟ood friend and hand you a Cheap Lighter.
This Cheap Lighter is a key item that will allow you to fuse the Persona Odin, the storm god.
You can fuse Personas by visiting the Velvet Room. The entrance to the Velvet Room can be found in Paulownia Mall and on the first floor of Tartarus during the Dark Hour.
Should You Max Out Your Emperor Social Link?
Joining the student council is a great decision because this will open you up to both the Emperor and the Justice Social Links.
Also, it's good to sign up early because you'll be able to start building your relationship with Odagiri immediately. It's one of the quickest and easiest Social Links to max out.
The bonus you'll be able to experience when fusing Personas of the Emperor Arcana is also worth having, so you should at least form the bond with Odagiri as early as you can.
A good strategy is to first unlock the Emperor Arcana's Social Link before fusing Personas under the Emperor Arcana. This way, you can maximize the bonus you can get from your bond with Odagiri when you fuse an Emperor Persona for the first time.
With regard to reaching the highest rank in the Emperor Social Link, you can get various rewards for maxing out your Social Link with Odagiri. The Cheap Lighter, which grants you the ability to fuse Odin, is the only way to access this Persona. Elizabeth will also reward you with Twilight Fragments every time you increase the bond you share with Odagiri.
Getting Twilight Fragments from Elizabeth by working on your Social Links is one of the quickest ways to gain a large amount of this item. You'll be consuming a lot of these fragments in Tartarus, especially in opening locked chests that may give powerful weapons and armor.
It's also worth seeing the end of Odagiri's story to find out whether he'll experience growth during his time with you.
