We’ve compiled this guide to hel𝔉p you choose the best Personas for each element in P3P to h♐elp you cover it all, breaking down each kind of damage and helping you find the strongest P3P Personas for every element.

A Note On Skill Cards

Below, we’ve detailed the strongest P3P Personas based entirely on what they know on fusion or will learn with level progression.

That said, Skill Cards are invaluable in teaching Personas new moves that they wouldn’t otherwise be able to learn, and you’re not restricted by elements or levels when giving a Skill Card to a Persona.

Plenty of Personas give Skill Cards upon reaching set levels that can teach another Persona one of the moves the first Persona knows.

You can see which move they'll give you under their photo on their information screen. As soon as this Persona reaches the level listed, they’ll give you the skill card mentioned on their info screen.

By saving your strongest cards, you can Frankenstein something of a super Persona, since any Persona can learn any move by using the Skill Card for said move.

If this is your play style, the guide below offers a good base from which to begin using your Cards. The Personas below have the strongest attacks of their innate element already, so they&rsqu𒁃o;ll only grow stronger from there with your use of Skill Cards.

Best Slash Attack Persona

Your reward for completing the Fool arcana and seguing the SEES Team's social link into the Nyx Annihilation Team in November is the maxing of the Fool social link, which comes with the ability to fuse its Ultimate Persona - Susano-o.

While there are a handful of other Personas that learn its most powerful move, Brave Blade, we gave this spot to Susano-o for its affinities and additional physical abilities.

Not only is Susano-o immune to pierce damage, it also resists wind and electricity, and it learns Repel Strike at Lv. 83. With these things combined, it makes Susano-o strong against or immune to four damage types. Its Tetrakarn c🧸an cover slash and strike, too, if need be, offering additional resistances.

Meanwhile, Susano-o knows two slash attacks - Brave Blade and Vorpal Blade - that are supplemented by Regenerate 3 to keep the HP cost down on these skills.

Best Strike Attack Persona

Another Ultimate Persona, you'll gain access to Melchizedek after completing the final ranking of your Justice social link with either 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Chihiro or Ken.

Although there are several fantastic striking Personas in P3P that learn God's Hand, we gave the title to Melchizedek because of the variety of his strike moves, his affinities, and his heart item.

God's Hand is P3P's severe strike damage move, the best of the three individual strike moves Melchizedek knows. Akasha Arts is also a great move, though, as it deals heavy strike damage either once or twice to all foes.

This is all in conjunction with Weapons Master, which doubles damage dealt with a weapon.

In terms of affinities, not only does it reflect light, it also resists strike damage as well as it dishes it out. While it does begin weak to dark magic, Melchizedek learns Repel Dark at Lv. 65 to cancel this and redirect the insta-kill back to the user.

Best Pierce Attack Persona

Shiva is the only Persona capable of learning the strongest pierce damage-dealing move, Pralaya. And not only does Pralaya do severe pierce damage to all foes, it also has a 50 percent chance to inflict fear.

Equipped with a stray Maziodyne as well that may leave foes shocked, Shiva shines when allowed to do status ailment moves in addition to his pierce damage. He's also able to use Sexy Dance, which has a 40 percent chance to charm each foe.

But Shiva's help doesn't end once the fight itself is finished. With Victory Cry, you'll find your protagonist's HP and SP have both been fully restored after battle.

Finally, Shiva is one of several Personas able to be fused to a Nihil Weapon in order to craft a powerful new one. Fusing Shiva to one creates Pinaka, which gives +10 to all stats.

Best Pierce Attack Persona: Shiva

Best Fire Persona

Surt is the Ultimate Persona of the Magician arcana, covered by your social link with either 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Junpei or Kenji, and can be fused beginning at Lv. 52.

The only Persona capable of the strongest fire magic attack in P3P, Surt's access to Ragnarok makes it your heaviest-hitting fire-user. This move deals severe fire damage to one foe, which is boosted when Surt learns Fire Amp at Lv. 59, effectively doubling the damage.

And Surt not only deals fire damage, but it also drains fire damage done by enemy shadows. Just beware of its weakness to ice, and you'll be in great shape.

Best Ice Persona

Skadi is innately one of the strongest ice-using Personas in the entirety of the series. It can be fused beginning at Lv. 80.

Once again the only Persona capable of learning a severe-level damage-dealing move of its element, Skadi learns Niflheim at Lv. 86. This hefty move not only does severe ice damage, but it's also guaranteed to freeze the enemy if the attack lands.

Like many other high-level Personas, Skadi is initially weak to fire magic, but it will learn Absorb Fire at Lv. 84 to negate this.

Best Electric Persona

The Ultimate Persona of the Emperor Arcana reflected in your social link with 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Hidetoshi at Student Council, Odin can be fused beginning at Lv. 57.

Unlike the rest of the Personas that learn the severe-level moves of their element, Odin does not learn to negate his wind weakness at any point on his own.

Don't let that stop you, though. Between accessories and cards, you can negate this damage on your own if it's truly a hindrance.

Additionally, Odin can be fused to a Nihil Weapon by visiting 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Shinshoudo Antiques. This fusion will result in you receiving Gungnir, Odin's spear of legend from Norse mythology.

Best Electric Persona: Odin

Best Wind Persona

Though you'll need to be patient, as it's the Ultimate Persona of the Fortune Arcana with either 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Keisuke or Ryoji, Norn is well worth the wait.

When you fuse Norn beginning at Lv. 62, it will already know its most powerful wind move innately - Panta Rhei, which deals severe wind damage to one foe.

While you'll need to mind its electrical weakness at first, at Lv. 69, Norn learns the passive skill, Absorb Elec, to change their electrical weakness into a 💯steady way to restore its own health if attacked with electrical magic.

Best Wind Persona: Norn

Best Light Magic Persona

Not only is fusing it one of the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Velvet Room requests, but Daisoujou is incomparable when it comes 🌠to light magic in Persona 3 Portable.

While the insta-kill magic can be helpful no matter who uses it, Daisoujou is a prime choice. Samsara is a multi-target version of a light insta-kill move that has a base 45 percent chance of success.

This is only made more intense after Daisoujou learns Hama Boost once it reaches Lv. 59, which doubles the effectiveness of its insta-kill magic.

Not only does Daisoujou block light magic and cannot be insta-killed by it, but it's also strong against strike damage. While it does start off weak to darkness, Daisoujou learns Null Dark at Lv. 58 to cancel this weakness.

Finally, Daisoujou knows Growth 3, meaning you don't need to put it into battle in order for it to gain EXP after fights, as Growth 3 gives Daisoujou EXP as if it had been in the fight regardless of whether it actually was.

Best Dark Magic Persona

Another Persona requested of you by your Velvet Room attendant, Alice is one of few Personas who isn't the Ultimate of her arcana that isn't made immediately obsolete by the fusion Ultimate Persona of her arcana.

This is because Alice is the only Persona with access to Die for Me!, a skill which has a 45 percent chance to insta-kill all foes with dark magic.

The likelihood of this being successful is doubled when she later learns Mudo Boost at Lv. 62, which doubles the effectiveness of dark magic.

Best Dark Persona: Alice

Best Persona For Almighty Damage

As the Ultimate Persona of the Star Arcana reflecting your relationship with 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Akihiko Sanada, Helel can be fused beginning at Lv. 88.

This is a high barrier to entry, but the wait is worth it. In Persona 3 Portable, Helel is the only Persona capable of learning Morning Star, which does massive almighty damage. Helel learns this move at Lv. 91.

Coupled with Morning Star, Helel also innately knows Mind Charge to double the damage done by its next magic attack. This applies to Morning Star, too, so the combination of Mind Charge followed by Morning Star at Helel's already high base level can be immediately lethal.

In terms of affinities, while Helel is weak to ice, it resists all physical damage on top of completely blocking light damage. It can even learn Absorb Slash at Lv. 92, which allows it to drain slash damage instead of simply resisting it.

You'll even have access to pierce and fire damage, as well as the Salvation skill to fully cure the party of aꦕilments and restore their HP.

The Best Almighty Persona: Helel

Orpheus Telos - Your Ultimate Persona

Though it requires quite a lot of work to unlock. Orpheus Telos is the Ultimate Persona for your protagonist in Persona 3 Portable.

Orpheus Telos is strong against every element except almighty, meaning it takes negligi⛎ble damage fro𒐪m each element in P3P.

There are, however, two caveats to fusing Orpheus Telos: you first need to max every social link in P3P, and then create Orpheus Telos’ move set yourself.
