Recommended Level And Personas
World Balance is a Lv. 72 shadow, so you should aim to be between Lv. 70-75 for this fight, especially as this is your last real chance to grinꦫd before the final batꩵtles at the end of January.
For Personas, World Balance requires a large elemental damage output to handle, so anyone with -dyne level elemental skills would be a good choice - and the more resistances they have, the better.
World Balance can also use every element against you, so prepare a Persona stock with as few elemental weaknesses as possible.
This is a great time to use your Ultimate Personas, as they'll often have the strongest moves of their element which deal severe damage instead of just heavy. We've listed a few options below.

Skadi specifically is a good choice, as it learns Absorb Fire just before Niflheim to drain fire attacks that would otherwise be weak spots.
And with World Balance exploiting weaknesses, having as few as you can is always good.

World Balance Battle Strategy
The fight against the World Balance guardian in P3P proceeds in three phases – World Balance shifts its damage focus in stages between elemental, light and dark, and ultimately a combination of elemental and almighty damage.
You can estimate when World Balance will switch tactics, too, to help your team prepare – it happens after each third of its HP has been depleted.
It’s worth noting that World Balance will actively target weaknesses during all three of these stages, so be sure you’re keeping an eye on the affinities of the Persona you’ve cu𒀰rrently got active. The fewer weaknesses it has, the beꦫtter.
And while Magic Mirrors and Makarakarn are usually great choices for element-based enemies, World Balance will spam Megidolaon if you attempt to reflect its damage back.
Regardless of when in the fight you use one of the above, World Balance will then use nothing but Megidolaon on each turn until the fight ends.
Your best bet for this battle is to rely on doing your own elemental damage, as World Balance takes reduced damage from physical attacks. Keep up this barrage of elemental skills until you’ve fini💃shed the battle.
Following the fight, the Judgment social link with your Nyx Annihilation Team rises to Rank 6.
